You can but that is a battle within itself.

And at some point I know of Dads that told the kid "see me when you are 18" because Mom was that toxic. They still did child support and stuff but interaction stopped or got limited due to Mom being toxic.

Maybe so. But, we have a couple of Lawyers in my area that only specializes in getting custody for the father.

A lot of men are scared.
