Mercury Morris.....

Mercury Morris need to sit his old arse down somewhere......fugg him and them sorry ass 72' Fish. Like player said at that time they played a bunch of sorry teams.

Tell me this.....since the start of free agency and salary caps..who have been this close? No one!

Yea the Pat's got thier arse handed to them but you cannot take what they accomplish away.

I hope all the PATRIOTS and Tiki saw that isht.

I love it!!!!!!

Belichek, Moss & Brady are the BIGGEST bunch of sore losers I've ever seen.
I hope this hurts for a LONG time.

Humble Pie my @ZZ!!!!!!!

Bruh:

I told my cousin it'll be a dayum shame for NE to get to the Superbowl and lose. Then just before kickoff(I had the Brats cookin then) I said I got the funniest feeling NE might lose this one.

Sho nuff...dey did!

They will remember them for winning 18 games....

Let see the cowboys try to do it!

The 49ers won 18 games and won the Super bowl so did sweetness and the Bears.

What did the patriots win again.:lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:A trip home with a long face..:lmao::lmao:

You know you guys are right.....

WTF do i know......

minus the fact that this was done with salary caps and free agency.

Superman kicked SUck's arse's every year except for his Senior year with Bell. :swink:

How many SWAC titles did he win? See Panthro wants to win the SWAC with his Qb. Not just beat SU. So he shouldn't want to call his Qb Superman.

Nobody is discrediting that they won 18 games. They couldn't win the big one. So going undefeated in the regular season meant nothing. When the Bulls won 72 games, the first thing MJ and the team said .......it don't mean a thing without the ring.

Those other 18-1 teams won the big game. So their 18-1 is bigger and more impressive than what NE did. Even just losing one game in the regular season is a accomplishment.

NONE.............
But beating SUck's was never his problem.
Hugh's just could not get him over the top. :swink:

As long as we have a decent coach that can see out 1 eye and hear with 1 ear, beating SUck's is no big deal.
Bell was blind, cripple, crazy, and football dumb.

I shudder to think what Comegy would have done to all ya'll with KENT as his QB.

Delock gone catch on pretty soon. 3 18-1 teams in NFL history. '84 49'ers won the ring (18-1). '85 Bears won the ring (18-1) '07 Patriots didn't win a damn thing. (18-1)

Worst 18-1 team EVER (thanks mh)!!!

They beat 2 team's that was over .500 and both them mugg's was only 8-6.
They act like they beat a guantlet of powerhouses.

The last time a team had a chance to do this during the regular season near the end, the game was played in Miami.
The 1972 Dolphin's was there.

They had to buy M. Morris a Dolphin's jacket just so he would look presentable.:smh:
He done got off that shat and ain't stopped running his trap since.

I am soo glad the Pats lost. The only thing I hate about it is Mercury Morris is not forced to shut the hell up! I hate that dude.

Not just the rings, but just how they dominated in the postseason. The 85 Bears gave up 10 points in three playoff games. The 84 49ers pitched a shutout in the NFC championship game and destroyed the Dolphins in the Super Bowl. The Pats set all sorts of records running up the score on hapless teams then got physically manhandled in the Super Bowl.

Worst 18-1 team ever by far.

I love the fact the Pat's lost but ya'll taking fun way too far.
Hope some of ya'll truly don't believe the thing's that are being typed.

Funny as heck though. :lmao:

Yeah. The Pats play in a cupcake division. Buffalo, Miami, NY Jets. That's six wins right there.

I only stated that they play cupcakes in their division. Damn the rest of the schedule. The only other team they blew out was Washington and the Steelers had a semi beat down courtesy of an idiot running his mouth and got benched. Every other team outside of that gave them a run for the money. That's why I stated....(see where I'm going) :retard: that they play in a weak ass division.

oK Fine. :)

See, the thing that is being overlooked by so many Mercury Morris backers is that as great as the 1972 Dolphins were, they only won one Super Bowl in 1970s. The Patriots have won three in four appearances in the 2000s.

Plus, not only did the Pats win 18 straight this season, but they won 19 straight from 2003 and ending in 2004 while winning the Super Bowl along the way. So twice the Patriots have had the longest winning streak in NFL history. Mercury Morris may have his perfect season, but the Patriots has more rings.

Not true dude. Miami won Super Bowls VII and VIII. Back to Back. They followed the perfect season with another Super Bowl. They lost Super Bowl VI to Dallas. First team to go 3 straight SBs.
