.....$0 should have been used if he provided a long form birth certificate showing the doctor, hospital, parents, age of parents, and etc. Why spend a penny on legal fees to prevent the public from seeing the long form, when all he would have to do is provide a copy of the long form? Where is the long form?

I don't want to assume he's legit without seeing the actual long form. If he produced the long form, then you wouldn't hear a peep from me.

my birth certificate does not list the hospital, doctor, or witnesses (?)

it is the birth certificate my parents received when i was born. typed with a typewriter.

i used it to get a passport, a driver's license, and to get married.

anyone who requested their birth certificate in hawaii today would get what obama got, and that document is ADMISSABLE IN COURT. it even says right on the certificate that it is. again, there is no option on the request form to request the long form. it's not a matter of filling out a form and sending $10 to the state, it's something that would have to be specially requested. and since there is absolutely no reason to do so, he has not.

he proved his citizenship and his birthplace. it's done. he doesn't need to go to extraordinary lengths to keep proving it to people who will never believe any evidence that is set before them.

Can you provide any sort of justification for your requiring of the long form birth certificate?

Probably half the people living in this country have birth certificates that do not list the hospital or the doctor. And those birth certificates have been perfectly acceptable without those details for all legal identification purposes.

Also, apply for a copy of your BC in Hawaii, and NY, you get what HAS been offered to the general public, the so called "short form". It is a legal document of the State of Hawaii, and can be used to get everything from a driver's license to a pass port, which incidentally does offer parents and place of birth, as well as the year.

And even if BHO WERE to offer your "long form", you people would still deny it as proof anyways.

A certificate of live birth is not a birth certificate. Is it a legal document? Yes, but it's not a birth certificate...........I want to see the birth certificate(long form).

The purpose of the long form will tell if you've had dual citizenship, where you were born, the age of your parents, the hospital you were born, those who winessed your birth, and etc. It's a very big difference especially when obama refuses to proved 1 $15 copy and present it to the American people.

As for what basis do I have, I'm an American citizen and as an American citizen, I have a right to practice freedom of speech and call out whomever and whenever........that's my basis.

Why hasn't Obama produced a simple $15 copy of his long form birth certificate?

The cogent information, that Obama was born in Hawaii, is on the standard form that Hawaii provides you when you ask for a copy of your birth certificate. All other information is personal. Hawaii has repeatedly affirmed that Obama was born in Hawaii. If you don't believe it, then you already believe that Hawaii is in on the conspiracy. A long form bc would only be added as evidence by you that Hawaii is in on the conspiracy. So what's the point of Obama producing such a document? None.

Moreover, just because you are an American citizen does not give you the right to exceed even the state department in demanding documentation. If it's good enough for the Hawaii DMV, then you're out of luck. :confused:

Obama's enrollment in school overseas under Barry Seotoro is an indication that he either has dual citizenship or lied that he did. Likewise his trails to Indonesian, why did they allow him to travel but not Americans. I don't believe they knew he was going to become President. No the realistic answer is Obama has dual citizenship for the same reason others have dual citizenship.

Oh, balderdash! Obama's enrollment in school overseas indicates that his parents wanted him to have an education. Obama was a child. He had no standing to make any decisions about his citizenship. And the whole dual citizenship thing is moot anyway. The government of the United States doesn't give a rat's azz about the laws of other countries or how they confer citizenship. Legally, Obama was a citizen of the United States. Period. That's all. Other Presidents have had citizenship conferred upon them by other countries. Doesn't matter.

1. Feel free to show where, in the Constitution, that someone with dual citizenship is ineligable for the position of POTUS.

2. Your source claims Obama lied to get enrolled into a public school. Mind showing us how a five year old lies to get into school? Not exactly a credible source, sorry.

RB, where do you think Obama was born? Did you make such demands of McCain's legitimacy to run for president since there was just as much controversy about his citizenship as well since he was born in the Panama Canal? The point is this. There is no sense in even entertaining every ridiculous claim about someone. When a thread was started a while back about McCain not being eligible to run for president, I thought it was BS then, the same way I thought it was BS now. Don't you think that if Obama's citizenship and eligibility to run for president in question, they would've found that out long BEFORE the election?

the only "long form" certificate obama could produce would be a photocopy of the original birth record, which would be an out of the ordinary request to the hawaiian government. and again, why should he do that when he's already produced a legally admissable birth certificate? in any case there's NO WAY the birthers will accept a photocopy, and the hawaiian government isn't about to start sending anyone irreplaceable original documents.

all releasing a copy of the original record would do is unleash mobs of birthers on anyone named on the certificate (if they are still alive), their families, and anyone with a similar name to theirs in hawaii. just like poor janice okubo and chiyome fukino and the hawaiian state health department - they've been deluged with constant calls and slandered all over the web by birthers. even the guy whose birth certificate was used as a template for the fake kenyan one without his knowledge has freepers googling his name and making all kinds of nasty public accusations about his background based on spurious internet research. i don't know if he's been harassed by people calling him but i wouldn't doubt it's happened. these people have no decency whatsoever.
