Y'all "done" made Kamala out of a demon? Now some of you guys no damn well some of that stuff he is saying is true. :emlaugh: (I don't know where you all got he was "looking down" on S.U....some of that shat is true) :emlaugh:

True, but it's fun to "rough up" newbies around here.

More reason I believe Tyrann needs to get away from football for a while and enter rehab.

Former LSU star safety LaRon Landry, now with the New York Jets, calls out 'Honey Badger'

.....CORTLAND, N.Y. – Several weeks ago, New York Jets safety LaRon Landry began getting texts about LSU cornerback Tyrann Mathieu. Landry won't say who sent them, but the message was clear: Something's wrong.

"Guys were hitting me up," Landry, an LSU alum, said after practice at Jets camp Wednesday. "Even some coaches, saying, 'You gotta reach out to him.' "

Landry did, several times. He tried texting Mathieu, a junior who was a 2011 Heisman finalist, but he stopped getting replies. He even reached out on Twitter, to no avail. "Just answer the phone," he wrote to Mathieu.

Nothing worked. Landry said he even remembers thinking, "Don't treat me like a female."

Last week, Landry woke up to a text from a friend at LSU: Mathieu had been dismissed for violating team rules.

Landry didn't believe it at first. In a way, he still doesn't.

"You got a chance to be the No. 1 overall pick," Landry said. "How do you mess that up? Six more months, man. Six months."

Landry has been following Mathieu's career since high school, when people started telling him about a prep defensive back in New Orleans who "plays just like you."

"We became tight," Landry said. He started thinking of Mathieu as a little brother – a little brother with more talent.

Landry imagined the same destiny for Mathieu that he has enjoyed: stardom at LSU followed by a
Tyrann Mathieu's failure to respond to some entreaties has angered LaRon Landry, a former LSU star. (AP)successful NFL career. Landry was a first-round pick by the Washington Redskins in 2007 and is entering his sixth NFL season. But while Landry has older siblings who "keep me in line," he wasn't sure Mathieu had the same support system. So he tried to help.

When it didn't work, Landry was "hurt" and "pissed off."

"He's a guy who got caught up living the life," Landry said. "Not being smart as a student-athlete. You gotta take the initiative and know the rights and wrongs. Ask yourself what's important in life."

Some LSU fans are upset that Mathieu wasn't given another chance at the school. Not Landry. He felt a one-game suspension for using synthetic marijuana last season was "a slap on the hand," and although he won't divulge what he has heard about Mathieu's alleged behavior over the past several months, he said more than once during a 30-minute interview, "Enough is enough."

"You're not bigger than the organization," Landry said. "You're not bigger than the team. You're not bigger than LSU."

He still hasn't heard from Mathieu. But Landry has heard from plenty of others, asking "What happened to your little bro?" and "What happened to your little cousin?" It drives him crazy.

"I feel I could have reached him in a positive way," he said.

Landry still wants to mentor Mathieu. He still wants to hear from him.

"But you can't help someone," he said, "who didn't want to be helped."

for me personally, I have no problem with LSU...just don't look for me to support them in any way if I can help it....I aint mad at someone or something who knows how to conduct business no matter how I feel about their tactics. If they have figured out a way to hoodwink and persuade a certain group to neglect their own to turn and support their cause then more power to them. That's what business is. It aint their fault that they found a market of weak minded, non-united people who they can take advantage of. Hell this country was built on a certain group taking advantage of other groups...first they took advantage of one group to get the land and then another group to keep it up, all the while profiting off their labor. Aint nothing changed. They still taking advantage of ill-informed folk and profiting off their labor. It aint their fault. So I got nothing against them, just don't look for me to put in on it.

I never pull for any PWC...that's just me...Now if LSU were playing Ole Miss or Miss. State, I'd rather see LSU win...on the other hand if LSU were playing J-State, Valley, or Alcorn.....Hell I'm PULLING, ROOTING, and as you put it riding the Jocks of JSU, Valley, and/or Alcorn.

If University of Alabama were playing the University of Florida, well I could care less who wins....hell what's the damn difference...both are just, in principle, the LSU of their respective states....

In short I'd ride the Jocks of an HBCU, but to hell with any PWC....that may be kinda broad, but it is close to accurate....for me....

Except that Florida has 4 BCS Conference Schools(I know I am pushing it with UCF and USF lol) to compete with in state, so they can't brainwash the whole state. lol

I could give two flips about LSU the school. However, I will always watch and root for their football team which is loaded with blue chip Louisiana black athletes. You will never catch me pulling against a black athlete from the river parishes, Orleans etc. just because they made a choice to go to LSU. I think it is difficult for some people to distinguish loyalty. Now am I going to buy and where LSU paraphernalia? Probably not! :emlaugh:

I can't stand anything about LSU. lol

Some of the white boys from metro New Orleans go to ULL to get in touch with their Cajun roots. I'm like WTF? :emlaugh:

And I know those LSU fans just hate when ESPN and CBS keep referring to them as University of Louisiana. lol
