Lewis Liddell Retiring????

I read in a clarionledger forum that Lewis Liddell may be retiring in 2007? If he does, will it be Michael McGruder vs Dr. Jackson in Memorial for the 2008 Boom-Box Classic?
 
We would love for Dr. Magruder to come back, if Liddell retired or got the Music Chair position (if James retired).
We never wanted him (Magruder) to go.
 



How close is Dr. James to retirement?

Also, how is he doing?

It seems so different without him being the Voice of the Sonic Boom.

No doubt. D Taylor would bring the Boom back OVERALL to where they used to be and not just sounding good in the stands(minus the trumpets hanging over) we all know you can scream but geez. ok sorry....wrong thread. :lol:
 
I read in the forum also that Dr. James was heard to not be doing so well.....

Hey SUTrp96, Do we (SU) have a public forum like that to discuss games. I don't recall seeing anything in the Advocate.
 
I think this would be a step in the right direction for JSU. Do ya'll think Mr. McGruder (My FRAT BRO!!!) would come back?

I don't know the man at all BUT I think that he took the WSSU job just to have college marching band director on his resume when this position came open. I think the WSSU job is just a stepping stone...somewhere to learn the ropes. I think he would do just as well as Dowell Taylor.

BTW, what is wrong with Dr. James?

I think JSU should look at our frat brother Dr. James Berry (old JSU DM in the 80s) if he is interested. I think he is in school administration in DeKalb County.



Either him or Huckleberry...... runs out thread before Bengal E and Staggalee sees this.:lmao:
