If you sked say u sked. The SUpreme team of the SWAC will go on another 3 year winning streak in the SWAC. In the interim, jsue aka buffalo will find another scrub coach to sell wolf tickets.

Most people know you clowns will be 0-4 led by record setting interception leader Roslyn Kint. Then you all will go on a tear thrashing the likes of Valley and AAMU. You then will end up in B'ham and get lambasted, insulted and completly humiliated by your SUperior. That buffalo mind set will always have jsue in a runner up, shadow, bridesmaid buffalo mode. No one from the boot respects jsue or that damn confederdate flag. Hence, we expect you to be in second place because that is where your almost good enough players belong. You know "doggone" well that Counselor will be running horizontally when you face that tenacious defense from the bluff; so stop perpetrating.......

Why is it that if your RB core is so deep that you put a man on YOUR depth chart as the #1 RB that has not even put on pads yet? Im sure he is the best RB on your team, and there is no doubt that he would start, but cant you at least wait til he makes it through two-adays before you name him the starter. Thats all Im saying. If YOUR RB group is ssssssoooooo deep as YOU said, shouldnt he have to earn a spot? There is a reason he transfered to SU. Cant you wait to see the kid perfrom under pressure before you make an ass out of yourself over him?

What does that do to the people that were already there? I would be disheartened if I had been at SU for 2 years, getting hit, doing off season training, recruited and told I would get a fair chance, and then some kid makes a phone call and he gets the nod before me and he hasnt even enrolled in school yet. That is lower than low. but then again, yall are SU.

Do you know what would have happened to Ike if he had shown up at JSU. His ass would have to work up from special teams. And he might have gotten a chance if somebody got hurt or something. Do you know what would happen to Chris Sims if he announced that he was coming to JSU? Nevermind, I shutter to think. But I know he would automatically start at SU eventhough Reeshard has been carrying a clipboard for Rich for 4 years.

A smart man would have done his research, which would have allowed you not to make a sh!tfaced statement like the underlined part above. Ike has been here since the summer and enrolled in summer school. He, along with a few local kids, went through summer conditioning HERE and finished summer school HERE. Now, while I don't agree with THE ADVOCATE placing as number one on the chart, fact is this. It does not matter where he is on the depth chart or when he gets there. If he can help the team, Pete or David will place him where he has to be to do that.

Worried about a piece of paper with two names at positions ..... That's a Jackson State Tiger fan !

The transfer from Tenn is not listed on our depth chart. Neither is White, Sanders, Tillman or any other transfer. We dont just bend over and give it up to anybody. Its called pride and we already have talent. Yall should try it sometimes.

Brian Darden was the number one recruit in the nation...........#1. Do you know what Hughes, RB Coach, said when he found out that Brian was interested in transferring. "I already have my starting back(Destry Wright), he can come here if he wants we might have to find a place for him." Thats what Hughes said in the paper. He wasnt about to forsake Destry for some reject from Tenn. Why? Why would he do that when Destry signed with JSU, came here and waited his turn.

I could talk til Im blue in the face to you guys have having a little morality and being loyal to folks, just a little. But if you dont have any morality by now, you wont get any. This is just another sad case of selling out by Sellout University.

First of all Get Ready....stop wishing! The media guide hasn't even come out yet, so I have no idea what you are reading or looking at. The veterans come in today so the 'depth chart' won't even be considered for another week or so.

You just need to 'get ready' for this arse whuuppin (isn't that how ya'll say it in the 'Sip?) on the 21st. I will have plenty of buttermilk (isnt that the cure all drink in Miss) for you to ease your stomach at the dome.

He said Media Guide, and besides the roster isnt even complete because the veterans are coming in today. So NO the roster isnt out and the media guide is still being finished.

I went to media day in Bham

I picked up Media guides for each school.

I am looking at the media guide that SU provided that day

On the cover is Jenkins, Hayes, Arnold and Cooper.

On the inside it has your preseason depth chart.

At RB they have #7 Victor Ike listed as the starter, followed by Leon Miller, Rodney Tucker, and Marques Newman.

This was provided on the 2nd.

Im willing to bet that SUs provided this book. If not, then Im wrong.....Mabye the Advocate(the biggest pro-school paper I have ever read) publicized this.....but I doubt it. Try again.

Im not saying that Victor Ike is not the best you have cause you never have any real talent at SU. You cant recruit and...........aaaah nevermind.....not going down that road again.

The point is....have some dignity. Make the kid go thru 2 adays before you give him the job. Wouldnt that only be fair to the kids you already have there? Do you have to bend over every chance you get? Couldnt you take it from the front every once in a while? Do you have to make BCF look bad EVERY chance you get? This is a new low.

With Singleton's injury and Jackson's troubles, Ike would have vaulted to the stop of the damn chart anyway. The other guys mentioned under him were non-qualifiers from last year who DID NOT practice with the team last year (sans Leon Miller, who was so far down the chart last year after his paltry performances). The only person who could possibly have a problem with this is Singleton, but he is trying to get his knee in order for fall practice, hence, the only back here who went through summer practice and was at least playing somewhere last year would be Ike (and paltry Miller).

But, like I asked Ryan, why are YOU so concerned with where a guy is on the depth chart? Why are you so concerned with Southern? Jackson State has a team too, you know? Don't forget them because of your fears of having to utter these four words: DAMN ALL Y'ALL, AGAIN!

Hell, all of us know that a depth chart isn't worth the paper it's written on man. That ish changes day to day to day. Don't have a stroke over it man. You're gonna need your strength soon.

Using your statements above, is your position now most of your players were hurt and you dont have the depth you bragged about earlier this summer? Are you now changing your story? Is that what you are saying. Just say that were are not as deep as previously stated and that SU folks were lying and I will let this go.

What pads did he put on this summer prior to the rest of the team getting there. he may have been there, but who has he been practicing against? He didnt go thru spring training with the team, so how has he been judged at practice already. Sometimes these kids hate to practice or there is another reason he couldnt cut it oooooooooh ......nevermind.....you will never understand my point.

I just think this is sad and another black eye for SU. Yall give it up like a hooker with a quota.

Are you saying that the jags are SUspect? You realize that when your head coach realizes that he cannot recruit any talented players, he has to wait until a D1 "washout" decides to come there and play. Do you see a pattern here? These guys like to come to a place where they are guaranteed a starting spot.

I will say this for Hughes and Doug, they are loyal to the guys in their own program. Kendrick Shanklin is Doug's second cousin and he was not given the job ahead of Brad Hill. Willie Gray transferred from LSU and was a backup his first year. Andre Arnold was All-Conference USA prior to coming to GSU and his azz was a backup last year.

Trey White screwed up...since he was leaving LaTech, all he had to do was contact Pete and he would be starting by now! Signs of a desperate program.
