And still magic's skills as a 6'9" PG will be more difficult to duplicate... How many 6'9" PGs were there before and after?

I am forgetting the other but ALL of the 5 players MH mentioned were 1st round picks. (I am racking my brain trying to figure out the 6th. Maybe someone out there can help me.) Kareem may have made the 6th. I am forgetting someone.

All Star or not, that type roster makes a difference. Heck, thats why everyone would boast of the Lakers famous bench and say they could EASILY be a starting 5 squad elswhere.

I don't know how many first rounders were on the 91 Bulls but four of the starters were:

Michael Jordan
John Paxson
Horace Grant
Bill Cartwright

I'm sure there were others on the team. But Mike did it all by himself.

I'm a Magic fan and he is definitely one of the all time greats. No doubt about it.

but at the end of the day, Jordan's accomplishments can't be denied.
c'mon, 6 trips to the NBA finals in a row, 6 NBA championships in a row, 6 NBA Finals MVP in a row, several NBA scoring titles, several NBA MVP awards, NBA Defensive POTY awards
 
I thought we were talking about skills being duplicated? Championships require too many other variables to get you there.
 
I wasn't sure about Pippen but with a little internet surfing I found some more of Jordan first round teammates:

nope, remember I posted "Maybe, but not likely. And definitely not one one who has the complete package that Mr. Jordan did (the talent, the drive, the ability to make those around him better, the championships)

Oh ok... even still... Magic was the blueprint for that in the 80s...and he got it from the Big O.

Unfortunately the gameplay of Big Penny ran the little fella off into exile.

I dont think Nike made enough MJ and Spike Lee's Mars Blackmon commercials. I LOVED that character.
