Is this kid serious? Do you need a history lesson Blu Balls?

The first game of this series was played in the Superdome (1993) and Northwestern got in handed to them 30-13. Since that point, we have alternated home gates and Northwestern finally won at Southern last year. However, if my memory serves me, Southern still leads this series too, probably like 5-4 or maybe its tied. This year, we return to a neutral site of sorts in Shreveport, but you even bringing this series up is stupid. Annually? Man, I see why PV football has been a ghost. Your coaches must use the same senses that you have. Stupid, untrue statements can get you in a few places, but they can also get you smacked to hell HERE.

What the hell do you say when you lose annually to: (got a lot of typing to do here)

I know the streak has been over...but, Im sure PV still gives up the butt to a few more teams on a regular basis.

Maybe they should consider puting some of these powerhouses on the schedule first:

South Main Mustangs
Brentwood Dolphins
Post Oak Eagles
Jeff Davis HS (wait...nevermind...their streak is over, too)

In response to the NW State ploy, Blu, we have been in your azz for 31 years straight. I predict we make it 32. WE OWN YOU!

The difference is this kiddo. Northwestern State, whether I like them or not, have been a respectable opponent and they have had some good players. Frankly, they caught us good last year and YES, I was there. Southern was not ready to play that night and I admit that. However, the fact that they have won TWO straight and are STILL trailing in the series (5-4) should tell you something.

And yes, you are correct. The stadium was quiet. There were people who could not believe what they were seeing. However, wouldn't this happen in ANY stadium where the huge underdogs were on top of the favorites in the second half? Did it stay that way though BP? NO, why? Because Prairie View could not keep it that way, further signifying the fact that the Panthers were NOT on the same level with us last year.

Nation, instead of us hanging on last year, NOW, we cheated to beat Prairie View. I guess your defense takes payments to miss Richard's legs walking into the endzone and all-everything Bobby Perry just decided that the money was too good to guard Devin Lewis last year too.

FACE THIS: You had the lead, which should not have happened if Southern played the way they were supposed to, and YOU COULD NOT KEEP IT DUE TO YOUR SINKING SHIP OF A DEFENSE. You LOST because of you. Do you realize that it was 28-23 PV at the beginning of the fourth? However, the final score was 48-23 Southern. So, either we cheated and just felt like putting 25 more points on you, or you could not stop us and we put 25 more points on you. Either way, sounds like YOU SUCK!

In my vision, it has been mandated that PVAM and AAMU will play in the SCG. Now why is SU folks upset about Panthro starting this thread?

It has be written that SU will lose to PVAM. If you know something is going to happen then you will never be disappointed.

Just as the former big three will lose to AAMU, I am saying that SU will lose to PVAM by more than 17 points. More like 33.

Why not point fingers? It has to be somebody's fault that a team loses. It just shows that unlike some people who allow losing to become the norm, *cough* you know who *cough*, some of us don't want that and will take people to task on what they are doing.

You obviously don't do your research either, do you Mr. Media? NW State has to bring in a new QB and will play DII Delta State before they play us this year. NW ain't winning a damn thing this season man. Who beat us last season? Not their running game. Craig Nall and his arm did. He's in Green bay now, not Natchitoches.

Oh yeah, I keep forgetting that you are not the highest football voice in PV. You concentrate on Basketball, volleyball, and softball, you know. Things you have a chance in. Anyway, a football person would know that Perry, against the four and five receiver sets that we were running, probably had to pick up coverage off of DB's that tried to jam Lewis and pass him off. Ever hear of ZONE Coverage?

Kid 79, I was not there to see Bobby Perry defend a spread offense, watch Ricks get *icked or watch your defense switch aligments, etc. I was there to watch the game as a fan, not an anylyst. I don't care if we played man or zone coverage because who in the hell would understand me if I used all that fancy talk? I don't see anyone high fiving you because you deciphered our defense.

NW always finds ways to beat SU. I don't care if Ghandi is playing QB they'll win. Ain't like you return a superstar lineup anyway. A inaccurate QB, a broke down receiver, an unproven coordinator, need I go on? Playing d-2 Delta State can only give them confidence. Don't you all play Tulane in week 1? That can set the tone right there. A negative tone.

Richard had numerous drives start in our territory because of those pooch punts. If you all feel good about someone winning a shootout against a 3rd place team with 15 scholarships, so be it. If Quincy was go great, he could have taken you all to the promised land a week later against GSU.

What does the BC have to do with Richard accounting for 5 Tds on your defense. I don't care about the short field. He had to execute didn't he? BTW last time I checked GSU's defense was way better than PV's. So Richard struggled in the BC. So you base your whole judgement on that one game. Keep on underestimating Hayes if you like. It isn't like you have anybody to stop him even if he's at 70%. This is going to be so ugly for you guys. You have no idea what is about to happen to you. LOL. Hell we might not need to pass again after the first quarter. Richard will give way to Fisher or Ricks by the 2nd quarter because the bashing of PV will be so bad.
