You're right and those unforced errors really hurt. Routine throw to first, the catcher trying to throw a runner out ALREADY on second base, leaving double digits on base.
To beat such a team, almost everything, hitting, pitching and especially defense, has to be close to perfect.

Stranding runners seems to be Achilles heel for this JSU team. Inability to score with bases loaded with less than two outs is common place. A sac fly seems too much to ask. But errors on routine plays just can't happen. Against anyone. Much less against the number 4 national seed.

Some teams don't make that many errors during the season or make them a lot when they are up against PWC. :smh: It's sad.
