Not speculation with him saying that he's staying in Louisiana on his facebook page. Now all the other stuff is speculation.
 
@MattBoudreaux: Southern Head Coach Stump Mitchell says he has put in a request to talk to Tyrann Mathieu. He has not heard back from LSU.

That's because LSU won't allow their transfers to go to Grambling nor Southern and they listen to lol. They know if those players are successful at either GSU or SU that would start something and pose a threat in recruitment in Louisiana.
