Uh negative. He quit right after the season. He wanted a HC job. But didn't get one. Trust me, he had to go. Him leaving aint no shock to Jags. Only a matter of time. Some celebrated his departure. All I am going to say.

Yeah, JR. Yall didn't say that when he was hands down helping Odoms win an SCG and the West in back to back years.
Now you suddenly want to kick him to the curb after his dedication to su's program. Just a shame.
Dude was the heartbeat of su's offensive playcalling and now look who you have left.

Why would he quit his job before he had one already lined up? Seems like Germany quit because he secretly knew that Hughes was going to be hired and that he had a good chance of getting the OC job with his compatriot, thus making Odoms and su expendable

Chad can coach. But he has a quirky personality. You will see. By the way, he was co-offensive coordinator. So that might have been his heartburn as well. Sure he knew Hughes was in line for the job. But he quit before you guys even hired him. He actually wanted your head coaching job. LOL.

Anyway, there are so sighs of relief from that locker room that he is gone. If you don't get along you don't get along. But dude is a good coach and he can recruit. His key will be how he gels with your staff. Being cool with Tony is a big plus. The rest of yall coaches is another deal.
