I think Germany was a great pick for you guys over there in Jackson. Those who know me know I am one who places more value on out of conference games than conference games anyway. I mean eventually one of our programs will win the conference and of course I wish it to be my Jags EVERY time (lol), but I still would rather our programs get to the level of competing and beating the Tulanes, ULMs, ULLs, etc. of the world on a consistent basis, which I think can be done. I think the coaching changes in the last few years across the conference have been pretty good (excluding JSU's previous coaching hire, of course). So whatever makes the conference stronger as a whole, I'm with.
I know Germany is a hell of a recruiter and have seen him improve as an OC and play-caller each year. So again, JSU yall got a good one, IMO.

The first time I ever came across that reference to Prairie View was in reading some of the musing of TGO on this board maybe a couple of years ago. I certainly am not trying to take credit for this as my own! All I know is that put a smile on my face the first time I saw him use it. I'm sure anyone who has any history on the Board is aware of that. If I should ever use it in the future I will footnote it! Does that address you assertion?!!

PV folks, can you just let the JSU folks enjoy their coaching changes or comments on them. Why yall beefing with them on coaching changes? JR just asking. Is there some animosity towards them Blue Bengals? I would have thought yall would be all over the Haywood and 3rd Ward changes since those are your rivals and they will see you guys first.

They want to feel relevant.. and you know what Ric Flair says.. "To be the man, you have the beat THEE man". They know they have to beat a good JSU team to be relevant.
