The salary was $420,000 at USC and is $300k at FAMU without incentives. Sooooo not sure what your saying.Depending on the difference in pay from FAMU and SC, he could lose the SC job and still have two or three times more money than he would have had coaching FAMU. These decisions have little to do with loyalty to anyone; it is about financial security in a volatile profession. Heck, he could lose the FAMU job just as easily as the SC job.
