HIGHLIGHTS: MAYWEATHER VS McGREGOR

I'm not talking style, I'm talking physically. His punches were slower with even less pop (and of course, he never was a big puncher), and his movement was nonexistent. His ability to pull the trigger when openings presented themselves was also diminished. Even defensively, there were punches he got hit with (granted Conor had no power) that he dodges as a younger man.

You could see the speed when he started letting go his right hand leads. I promise you, Mayweather's speed looks manageable when he decideds to come forward and please the crowd. He did the same crap against Cotto and a few rounds vs De La Hoya. When he does this, he usually gets touched more. If he would have fought like the defensive/counter great that he is, we would have seen the speed difference by far.

As Bluedog stated, he did say he would come forward and make a fight out of it before hand. I just didn't want to believe it. I am one of those boxing fans and former boxer who loves the sweet science.

I'm still laughing at this fight. it went just a little longer than the movie about it....

All they did was change the venue. Even Jamie Foxx made another cameo.

I didn't need to see interviews to see an obvious plan. Still, it took him 7 rounds to walk down a man who was breathing heavily out of his mouth in the third round. That wasn't taking his time, that was someone who really couldn't crank it up due to a combined of age and not being in the greatest of shape (which would also be related to age).

You base that theory on what fact? Just simply because he's forty and that's the easy assumption to make?

He and the guy that was sparring in McGregor camp, (who McGregor claim to have knockdown ) laid out Cleary that the plan was to let him punch himself out in the early rounds and walk him down in the later rounds and than finish him.

It was executed "FLAWLESSLY"

loved the fight. I wanted to see McGregor get that work and that's what I saw
