Hey Get Ready Please Explain

yada, yada, yada... but is Bell a good coach?

Why are you asking this question?
Did not Bell kick Grams ass last year?
A better question is, is Spears a good coach?
You are a smart guy, certainly you dont think Spears is a good coach do you?

The Great One didnt read all that was written. Get Ready will acknowlegde that he did look in this thread. The Great One doesnt understand the point here, but Big Daddy Long Stroke rarely does.

What Get Ready is trying to do is to get you people on a higher level of thinking. Most of you have been down so long and the man has been beating your brains in for as long as you can remember. You have been trained to think that you are a second class citizen. In the SWAC and in the realm of life you go into situations with a 50/50 attitude. Its very hard for GET READY to break you from this loser mentality, but if its the last thing The Great One does, it will get done.

"Where there is no vision the people perish." Get Ready has never seen such a conglomerate of people with NO vision. But what is even more worse, you people have NO imagination and that makes Dean Big Brother Almightee sad.

GR, TGO or BBA, after arriving home last night from my annual meeting with Omegas from the 7th District which consist of Mississippi, Florida, Georgia and Alabama who many are SWAC Alumni, I am inspired by some of the comments they made when we were discussing serious Athletic Issues as they relate to their schools. Be it known that yes we have SU folks who reside in these states to include MEAC Alums. At this annual meeting, I met two new JSU Alums along with the Brothers from JSU I normally discuss the demise of your program with. But one thing for sure they are in agreement that politics are killing your schools. I cannot begin to tell you how much fun I had discussing the information obtained from the SWACpage you all provided me with since our last 7th District meeting. BTW, I even met the young Brother from SU who was a member of JukeBox when they had the incident with PVAM's band. He, as others in the hospitality room were amazed at the knowledge that I had about each school.

Well back to the statement you made about not understanding the point of this thread. I had a little time to think between going to the fridge and getting another Lone Star and I said MD, there are some issues out there that I need to ask GR about, but first I said let me go back in the archives to ensure that he had not discussed what I needed to ask because the #2 Smacker certainly did not want to be accused of bringing up a topic that has been already discussed. As I reviewed your previous comments, I came up on this very interesting thread and I said Holy ist. I said MD, GR need to explain or repent for this thread because not only has Bama South program moved miles ahead of JSU, but Bama North is doing ok by winning its first Men's SWAC Championship. You see most SWAC teams have not been able to win the SWAC Basketball Championship and Tournament in the same year. GR, I want you to not only review your comments, because there are more that I can bring up, but this one I truly believe if you can provide a resonable explanation there will be no need to explain the others that I could bring to your attention.

MD

Please explain what you want The Great One to explain. Get Ready can see that most of you are not ready to go where TGO is tryint to take you. You will never understand my madness until your mind is free from the cage it it in. ASK The Great One anything...GR will answer YOUR question my friend.

GR, are you aware that our two major athletic programs have surpassed the once proud JSU program that use to reload rather than having to rebuild? How many years do you think it will take to be able to compete with a top programs led by two of the best coaches in BCF.

Maybe while you were bringing us up to your level, you forgot about maintaining your level. Please give this some thought and please no TP answer.

Mighty Dog, this is where you are wrong....at first we had an athletic mansion that most of you looked at and adored. However, we decided to tear it down and stay in a hotel until we build a castle made of stone that will never fall.

Again MD....you are missing the big picture.

GR is not remotely interested in being on the level of A&M and ASU. Your programs are horrible to say the least. The fact that you won the SWAC just goes to show how bad the SWAC is. This is what you are missing in my commentary.

Both A&M and ASU had to wait til the SWAC hit rock bottom before they won the SWAC. Right now you guys arent the best team in the SWAC, you just the least worst team in the SWAC. If ASU and A&M are the best the SWAC has to offer, then the SWAC is in BIG trouble.

From what you have told GR, its obvious that you cant see beyond the SWAC. TGO knows that you hear what GR is saying. Hopefully you go back to your school and tell them they need to do better. We need to compete OUTSIDE the SWAC. You guys went to the tourny and lost to a loser team. Not only did you lose, you got embarrassed. It wasnt even close...you werent even competitve. Its sad that you think thats an accepatble performance.

Furthermore, ASU lost to a DII squad that wasnt even good enough to beat Shaw. Surely Surely you see the relevance of GRs position here. You guys are horrible. The only reason SWAC teams win is because we play each other.

Thats just the ugly truth.

And surely you dont think AJ is a decent coach....please tell me you dont HONESTLY believe that?

Not the whole SWAC, just that sad program of yours.

and you got your arse royally kicked and couldn't even cross the 50 against us.
It's obvious that Bell included you in that 99% of jsue folks who don't know anything about football.
:lol::lol:

btw, why is Bell still the coach?

:snicker:

GR, I have old people living on my street. A few of them were sharp dressers back in the day. When I wear new things that are up to date they go pull out these old look alike clothing and say things like; see we wore this back in the day which is the same as you are wearing. But I don't have the heart to break their bubble since they are old people. However, I know that you and I look at the texture of the material which is woven different and the stripes are not the same, and some other features in our new clothing. Now these folks who want to believe they are looking at the same thing will not admit that the new material has a better look. Stop right here and ponder for two minutes. After giving what I just said some thought, I want you to apply this to what you said about the SWAC went down hill and we bamas have benefited from the weakness displayed by the former big three. GR, could it be we have moved ahead of the pack? Could it be that we have turned the corner? OK, count to ten and continue to read. GR, what you fail to realize many team won automatic bids to get to the big dance and many failed to move past their first game. Only two teams ended playing for the National Championship. When we measure success, one can look at this way. Just as many teams won their conferences and Conference torunament, AAMU is just one of the elite schools to do this therefore placing us in the big dance. But as reasonable as you are I hope your will understand that now that we had a great season, we will be ready for schools like Oakland and Duke in the future. We took some players who have never been to Dayton, but they have assured me that they will win some money games, so that we either get the automatic bid or be atleast a #3 Seed in 2006.

GR, we don't enjoy seeing the Big Three having to suffer from the success of the New Big Three, but we just might have to break your heart and let you and old people know that old clothing are just that and will never catch up with the latest styles.

MD,

When back in the day, we were buying clothes from top retailers and now we have a Wal-Mart brand team representing us....we have lowered the standard. .....and also, that new material is fake.

TP, I asked GR, not to give me a TP answer in the above reply and this is why. Speaking of Fake, please go and research how JSU tricked the SWAC to get admitted. Is it true that JSU was a Church school and join the SWAC under your previous name? When the actual fact is that your Mississippi Legislative had already approved you all to become a state school. It was said that at one time the SWAC would only admit church schools. This will give you something to do until the football season starts.

BigMike

You have attempted to ask The Great One 2 questions. Usually Dean Big Brotha Almightee ignores facecious questions like this because GR understands most of you are not as indepth as GR and you really dont want an answer to a silly question. GR also ignored your first question because he knows that it is tax season and you may have asked this question from a delirious state. YOU really dont need to be trying to address Daddy Long stroke if your mind aint right.

GR will answer your first question about Bell by saying this:
How can YOU, a Grambling fan, say ANYTHING about Bell. Help the TGO with that one...

TGO will answer your second about Culberson by saying this:
How can YOU, a Grambling fan, say ANYTHING about Culberson?

Man please....go back to your deductions and write offs. You are in over your head in here.

Well the SWAC should have asked the right questions if that were the case. I guess leadership back then was as bad as it is now. But hey, at least JSU got an easy schedule out of this administration. Instead of playin 7 cream puffs, we get to play 9 and save Bell's job.

In your next discussion with GR, please remind him our objective was to win the SWAC and SWAC Basketball Tournament and the only team that was disappointed this year is Illinois . Our near term goal is to be the first 16th Seed to beat a #1 Seed. If you recalled each year we selected a team to beat and we did it. As we move forward, we continue to set attainable goals, because there are (using your term Cream Puffs) will surprise you once in a while.

Your goal is NOT to be the 16th seed. You will get on my level sooner or later
