GR, I have old people living on my street. A few of them were sharp dressers back in the day. When I wear new things that are up to date they go pull out these old look alike clothing and say things like; see we wore this back in the day which is the same as you are wearing. But I don't have the heart to break their bubble since they are old people. However, I know that you and I look at the texture of the material which is woven different and the stripes are not the same, and some other features in our new clothing. Now these folks who want to believe they are looking at the same thing will not admit that the new material has a better look. Stop right here and ponder for two minutes. After giving what I just said some thought, I want you to apply this to what you said about the SWAC went down hill and we bamas have benefited from the weakness displayed by the former big three. GR, could it be we have moved ahead of the pack? Could it be that we have turned the corner? OK, count to ten and continue to read. GR, what you fail to realize many team won automatic bids to get to the big dance and many failed to move past their first game. Only two teams ended playing for the National Championship. When we measure success, one can look at this way. Just as many teams won their conferences and Conference torunament, AAMU is just one of the elite schools to do this therefore placing us in the big dance. But as reasonable as you are I hope your will understand that now that we had a great season, we will be ready for schools like Oakland and Duke in the future. We took some players who have never been to Dayton, but they have assured me that they will win some money games, so that we either get the automatic bid or be atleast a #3 Seed in 2006.
GR, we don't enjoy seeing the Big Three having to suffer from the success of the New Big Three, but we just might have to break your heart and let you and old people know that old clothing are just that and will never catch up with the latest styles.
