I actually thought the ref threw a flag. He at least put his hand on his pocket to pull the flag out.

The LB's are still too slow to the ball. Hampton's RBs aren't that fast. That is kinda making me upset right now! :mad:
 



I can't say that I understand what our defensive coordinator was doing on that drive. Hampton's QB is under center with a fullback in the game and we have 5 defensive backs in the game like they are still in the spread. And then our linebackers are blitzing from the outside leaving the middle of the field wide open. And on top of that our starting middle linebacker and both safeties were substituted for.
 
note to Offensive Coordinator: After a change of possession, where we get the ball, please call the play from the sideline and have the guys get to their positions to run the play. The playclock starts when the ball is set. Landers rushed the last play because the clock was running down and it resulted in a loss because of a quick, bad throw. That ruined the drive.
 
Hampton is realizing how slow the LBs are for Grambling. They going for passes over the middle. I think somebody needs to adjust that quick. If the DBs are downfield they will get 15 yards over the middle everytime. :mad:
