Spears is gonna have to make some changes offensively. That tight formation is okay if you wanna end up with a 3rd and 4 on every series but he can't continue to do what he is doing offensively.

He brings in three receivers to spread out the defense and hits the tight end with a screen - gains 9 yards. Comes back with that tight formation and can't gain a yard on three straight plays. He needs to spread that defense out and let Landers play.
 

That 4 play march was very impressive. That half time speech and adjustments must have been blazing.
