what scripture proves that this hasn't happened yet?
II Thessalonians 2:1 "Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,"
II Thessalonians 2:2 "That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is [the Lord is just] at hand."
II Thessalonians 2:3 "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day
shall not come [it will not be],
except there come a
falling away
first, and that
man of sin(SATAN) be
revealed, the
son of perdition;"(SATAN)
Revelation 9:1 "And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star
fall from heaven unto the
earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit [pit of the abyss]."

II Thessalonians 2:4
"Who(SATAN) opposeth and exalteth
himself(SATAN) above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that
he(SATAN) as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing
himself(SATAN) that
he(SATAN) is God."
II Thessalonians 2:5 "Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?"
II Thessalonians 2:6 "And now ye know what withholdeth [that which restraineth to the end] that
he(SATAN) might be revealed in his time [own season]."
II Thessalonians 2:7 "For the mystery of iniquity [lawlessness] doth already work: only
he(MICHAEL) who now letteth will let, until
he(SATAN) be taken out of the way."
Revelation 12:7; "And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,"
Revelation 12:8; "And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven."
Revelation 12:9; "And the great dragon [Satan] was cast out [that is the transitive verb of verse seven], that old serpent [this is the role Satan played in the Garden of Eden], called the Devil, and Satan, which
deceiveth the whole world [except for God's elect]: he was cast out onto the earth, and his angels were cast out with him."
II Thessalonians 2:8 "And then shall that Wicked be
revealed, Whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit [breath] of his mouth, and shall destroy [bring to naught] with the brightness [manifestation] of his coming:"
II Thessalonians 2:9 "Even him, whose coming is after the working of Sa'-tan with all power and signs and lying wonders,"
Revelation 13:13 "And
he(SATAN) doeth great wonders, so that
he(SATAN) maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth
in the sight of men."
Revelation 13:14 "And
deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those
miracles [signs] which he had power [it was given him] to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live."
The last time I checked, Christ has not returned yet and destroyed Satan with the brightness of His coming. Paul says when Christ returns we "INSTANTLY" change into our "SPIRITUAL BODIES." If you read Revelations 13:13-14 Satan is going to perform miracles for the world to see. Scripture says Satan will make fire come down from heaven in the sight of men. By Satan doing these miracles, it will cause the whole to think he's Jesus because they have not listened to God's word. God is warning us and yet we have people who want to see what they wish instead of believing the word of God. By the world believing, hearing, and seeing what they wish, God will help them in believing a lie that will cause them to worship Satan.
II Thessalonians 2:10 "And with all deceivableness [deceit] of unrighteousness in [for] them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth,"
II Thessalonians 2:11 "And for this cause
God shall send them strong delusion [send them a working of error], that they should a lie;"
II Thessalonians 2:12 "That they all might be damned [judged] who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness."

fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst
weaken the nations!"
Isaiah 14:13 "For thou hast said in thine heart, `
I(SATAN) will ascend into heaven,
I(SATAN) will exalt my throne above the stars of God:
I(SATAN) will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:"
Isaiah 14:14
"I(SATAN) will ascend above the heights of the clouds;
I(SATAN) will be like the MOST HIGH."
Isaiah 14:15 "Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit."
Isaiah 14:16 "They that see thee shall shall narrowly look upon the, and consider thee, saying. "Is this the
man(SATAN) that
made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;"
