Great question. I am not a fan of these games. however, I can tolerate them if we are getting our fair share of the proceeds. We criticize the PWI's, but we see it as a badge of honor when we play them.
Very few people care to see those type of games. We see them as a source of revenue needed to fund our level of play and to pay for facilities. If playing hbcu schools brought in that amount of money for a regular game, most people would prefer to see the game against the hbcu school

The sad thing is that we could do it, but we'd much rather follow behind the Alabamas of the world. It's a status symbol to go the games as well as host and attend parties to watch the games. Not much is required of us to support PWIs.
 
Quad Brown looked like QB1 this past weekend but there's still a lot of room for improvement.
Seems like Brown will be the starter and Smith the back-up, with Lankford possibly getting some reps in the Auburn game. We will see how it goes.
