13 Then Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard by many of this man, how much evil he hath done to thy saints at Jerusalem: 14 And here he hath authority from the chief priests to bind all that call on thy name.

15 But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel: 16 For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name's sake.

17 And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost. 18 And immediately there fell from his eyes as it had been scales: and he received sight forthwith, and arose, and was baptized. 19 And when he had received meat, he was strengthened. Then was Saul certain days with the disciples which were at Damascus. 20 And straightway he preached Christ in the synagogues, that he is the Son of God.

21 But all that heard him were amazed, and said; Is not this he that destroyed them which called on this name in Jerusalem, and came hither for that intent, that he might bring them bound unto the chief priests? 22 But Saul increased the more in strength, and confounded the Jews which dwelt at Damascus, proving that this is very Christ.​

Real Talk! I learned while I was stationed at Ft. Bliss (El Paso), that if you wanted the sisters, you had to get a fine white woman so they would come after you. They'd be on you like..."Why you with that white girl?" I'd say, we'll the sistas acting all lunchbox here and wanting to see your LES (leave/earning statement) before they give you some play, these ofays aint asking to be on my W-2. After the that, I had to beat the sisters off with a stick.

In the context of this thread, I'm sure I'd made my position known that kkk-guy, his former title lol, is tiger/leopard and the same negroes he supposed hated (alleged past tense :retard: ) are indeed the lambs... just aimlessly following, as usual, w/ seemingly zero common or intelligible sense. :smh: How many times must one put their hand in a fire before one learns that it will actually burn you and hurt you? Maybe the 100th, 101st, perhaps? :confused: It's an amazing thing to witness here in this country.

I see the roles exhibited in this thread as being the opposite. John Lee Clary is that lamb and the skeptics in here are the lions, already ripping him to shreds.

I am EXTREMELY happy that I attended an HBCU in Jackson State University. It was incredibly enlightening. However, it is somewhat disheartening to read such a broad range of racially narrow-minded comments of people that I expected to be more enlightened.

Just for the record, the Chief Adjustant of COGIC is a personal friend of mine for almost 25 years. He was one of my examiners on the ordination board. One of his jobs is to be the head of security. You need not be concerned about the authenticity of Elder Clary. He has been thoroughly scrutinized and whole-heartedly welcomed.

I understand precisely what you're saying. I discovered that WEB DuBois's immortal words of only 10% of the negro race being capable of rational thought was indeed very, very wrong but more than naught, quite applicable for the segregated black environmental community of his day. In the ad hoc research I'd accumulated thusfar into this, the newest millenium, I've discovered that only 10% of the original 10% he referred to is mentally capable of a rational thought process. Olden, fierce, diversified, non-segregated-all inclusive :swink:, academic and corporate competitivity by those of color, like us, ensures that my assertion is on point. Cannot speak for others but I'm happy that I'm in that 1 percentile, along w/ trp96, Mak, JagFan, CEE, et al. And, it's not an ideology of singling out an entire race lol but moreso the individual who perps wrong. I think, in the year 2011, there are enough HK Edgerton's running about, confused. :) I'd think it's everyone's job to discern and decide for self and self first and foremost who/what is right and who/what is wrong, while taking historical stances into account. one doesn't have to hate the world, to discern good from evil because all of it is wildly rampant in all races. Just ensure you're not nicknamed "HK," HK.

You are correct; he should have, but he didn't. It came later. I'm just glad it came and I am looking for more just like him.

The vast majority of my ancestry in the USA is right here in FL, where the KKK was founded. My dad was born just outside of Rosewood. My mother's family comes from just north of there from Chiefland to Greenville. Chances are some of my ancestry met their demise at the hands of the vigilantes. That is over and done with. We've moved on.

That's great to have moved on. Advancement in a positive manner is always to be lauded.

But, for someone of my ilk, we find it hard to just "move on" because of the vast memory we have, since we're in that 1/1000<sup>th</sup> % that WEB DuBois v2.0 indicates as racially capable of rational intelligible thought. :) We listened to our ancestry tell us not to stick our hand in the fire; therefore, we didn't stick our hand in the fire because obviously, they already had and had gotten burnt by it thus saving us the unnecessary wear, tear, and pain. However, we do understand that there are some, in the lower percentile lol who have to figure out for themselves that fire really will burn you. :tup: Lastly, we do understand and accept a specific self-fulfilling position in life that we must adhere to and also defining those boundaries as it pertains to others <b>of all races and backgrounds</b>. :swink:
