Yall are afraid of going to the playoffs
You do know you can have the BC AND attempt to go to the playoffs right? All you have to do is move your game a week up. All you do is make excuses about why you cant. You guys are assuming that if you move the game up, you wont make any money on the game. If you move the game up, you will still make the same revenue.

The importance of the game has declined anyway. Since Gram is not competitive, fans are apathetic to the game. Everyone knows who is going to win.

Gram is not afraid of trying to be competitive, but SU is terrified of competition.

Dude, how can we be scared of competition. What could happen that is not happening now? We lose SWAC games. So we get beat by a PWC FCS school. Nobody is scared. Pete aint SU schedule maker. I blame the past AD for not getting a better schedule and he should have told Pete to jump in the lake if he balked. The problem is US. Our fans don't care about those games. They will not come to those type of games. We played McNeese at Mumford and it was not sold out. Our fans rather see Tn State, FAMU or some other HBCU. JSU fans are the same way. Go ahead and schedule Montana or Delaware in Memorial and see what the turnout will be.

Also we aint going to move that game. The BC got moved up in the late 80s when I was in school. It was the lowest turnout pre-Katrina. See GR you are dealing with black folks and not white folks. We aint as passionate about this game like they are. You mess with the norm and we don't adjust or like it. We don't even give money like we should. We think buying a football ticket is contribution to the athletic program.
