99% of the applications are approved. Mention depression, and headaches and then is just a matter of how much you qualify for. If you believe you can qualify for the big check take someone with you to drive you back home, but don't do a high five in parking lot because they are watching you until you clear the parking lot.

She may can qualify under the DHR assistance plan and will not have to submit the crazy application since she has a child in school. Get his Teacher to sign it and if approved they will also give the applicant a Red, White and Blue Credit Card.
