Uuuum dude, we in the Den, had verification of who our coach was last Thursday. You coming to JSUs Homecoming this year. I think we might have some bait for the next three years.. LOL

I see you STILL don't wanna discuss your staff. Don't quite blame you tho. I think ya'll hired them all on recyling day! :lmao:

Yep. We got drove by them all through both coaching searches. First with Stump and then last year. I told them if they ever fired Comegy, that their search was not going to be some new grand way of doing things to show the SWAC how it is done. They downed Broussard last year saying he was young and didn't know what he was doing.

He didn't know what he was doing... and again, ya'll hired the guy you gave a courtesy interview to. We may not have hired our alums first choice but we hired our committee's first choice. That is how we do it in Jackson. That's NOT how ya'll do it in BR. For 260K, we could have bought Big Perm.

Broussard handled everything fine. He kept folks informed. No shady stuff. He handled Jenkins like he should have by telling him no we ain't waiting on you to come to interview in person while you gauge interest from other places. He and the committee decided on Worm and before everyone laid out the rationale of the hire at our Board meeting which was streamed live for every Jag to see.

So it was done right. At least our folks talk to us. LOL.

For 260K you would have been better off buying Big Perm. LOL

When your only choice is to hire a coach that you don't want or start over, you didn't do anything right. JR, stop acting like we were not here throughout the entire clown show. Then on top of that, ya'll were not willing to play much money.

Good thing Stump and Pete did some decent recruiting so that Odums could have a good season last year.

This is going to be a long three years for TP. GR has abandoned him. JayRob is going to be deep in the liquor and unable to help. Po' thang. If he wasn't a JSU fan I might feel sorry for him. :(
