JR, we knew but we didn't know we knew.. LOL It leaked very early that it was gonna be Old Man Harold but we thought they were playing.. :lol:

We didn't think it was true until about this time last week.

You still don't get it. Sigh. The younger generation. No one feels inferior to JSU. Certainly not SU folks. We may be the most arrogant mofos out there. Like I told you, go look at the TSPN archives. This is nothing like MH said, nothing like the old days. It would have shut the board down in the early 2000s with what is going on at JSU. Has nothing to do with folks hating, feeling inferior, etc. It is just how it is. TSPN is tame now. You really think it is serious with some of these posts. They are just having fun albeit at your expense. But it is what it is. There is nothing malicious going on. A lot of us from the different schools are friends. I talk to several JSU posters off the board and ole Staggalee is my frat bruh and we go way back before there was a TSPN. Back to the 80s when he was in the Boom and I was in the Juke. You just have missed the history of it. It is not that serious. Funny, but not that serious. Yall will have your chance to shut all of us on the board up if King Harold wins and wins big next season. Then we will be on the other end of smack or whatever. But until then. Open season.

Seriously I wonder how Brother Deacon Jackson gonna hold up this season....

especially if the jsu fans start getting on his case...

Harold is a legend in jackson.....They're going to give him the benefit of the doubt for a little while. I don't suspect it is going to get ugly until season 2 particularly if he is able to 6-5 or better. This is going to be some funny stuff. :lol: :emlaugh: Those press conferences are going to be hilarious.....At some point he is going to say something that becomes Hall of Fame.......It's inevitable
 
I'm not sure they'll have a lot of patience with Jackson. The memories of the James Bell era is in the back of their minds. If Jackson doesn't produce, I don't think he'll get as much time as Bell did. He'll be gone quickly.

That would be a lot money to payout if they do get rid of him. $260k/yr.

I tried to refrain, but believe season #2 if he doesn't produce, they will give him that pink slip........It will be too much heat for the jsu administration to handle.
 
Whatever happens TP we aint letting you use these ******* anymore or say stupid things like "you guys can only beat us while we're having a losing season/Jackson was the coach"...

I think this hire will end up setting Jackson st back more than they imagine.....

I may be wrong but I don't see JSU ever winning a SWAC title under Jackson.....
