Do Our HBCUs Thoroughly Research Our Money Game FBS Opponents before Scheduling?

I was reading in the other thread Valley is going to play FCS Power Montana. It's almost like the Alcorn vs. GT Tech Game from last year.

I feel our HBCUs basically are just throwing out Football Players to the dogs without any adequate research beforehand on the opponent. At least give our football players an FBS/FCS team they can adequately game plan for and possibly win against.

HBCU Coaches may never say this out load but if I see Gamefilm on a team like Auburn, Alabama, etc. I'm praticing my players like they have a chance to win but internally, I know it just basically a scrimmage game.
 



We want competitivity OOC.
We are going to receive $$$ to kick the living shat out of whomever lines up across from our squads during OOC play.
We're allegedly recruiting the BEST of the BEST, so we should compete OOC and IC as well.
We NEED the SWAC to return to its similar powerhouse days of yesteryear and WE can indeed do that.

W/ that being said.... We're going to college station, tx and WILL kick the living shat out of texas a&m and later on, we're traveling to HTown to kick the unholy shat out of rice university. Period. #truestory
 
HBCUS are doing what's best for HBCUS, let's face it, Schools don't travel well anymore, , Would it make since for SU to play SELA, MSU, NSU, yes, but i guarantee you the fans SU bring to them, will not be reciprocated when they play SU AT HOME JUST FACT,, THE only school that needs to be on SU schedule is FAMU. ASAP.. but other then that it's about the $

True but it's not the visiting team job to pack our stadium. To expect other schools to travel as we do is simply unrealistic.

It's about money. Point Blank. No need to try to research it, investigate it or even dwell on it. Unless our HBCUs have a donor that can cover the money from those type of games, we will continue to have them. That is until the big boys pull a BIG TEN move and don't even allow our schools to make that money. That move is slowly coming I hate to say so get that money now while we still have a chance.

That's why SU got NSU to pay a guarantee even though it was a home-home contract.
 
Nice Try...but this has little to nothing to do about Money but the FBS Opponent itself.

If Mississippi State had hell trying to stop GT's Option, why the heck do you as an HBCU think you'll do any better?

If Arkansas is say returning 8 starters on Offense and 7 on defense why would you schedule the game knowing that you can get FBS Payout Games with teams BREAKING IN NEW QBs in weaker FBS Conferences than the P5!!!

Does the FBS Opponent have to be a P5 all the time? What's wrong with focusing our FBS Payout games against Sunbelt, C-USA, MAC, etc. teams?

LMAO.. let get me this straight, ,, 90% of the SWAC can barely fill up there stadiums besides HC, which means no revenue is coming in, yet PLAY SOMEONE IN FCS WILL CHANGE THAT..,, IF YOU NOT SUPPORTING YOUR TEAM IN THE SWAC ,, WHY WOULD U DO THE SAME AGAINST ANOTHER FCS PROGRAM, YALL KILL ME WITH...

KICK MY ASS FOR $600,000.. atleast I am getting paid to get an ass whipping,, instead of having 2,000 to 5,000 fans watch me play a QUALITY FCS PROGRAM AND BARELY MAKING ANY MONEY. .

LOL. I like your confidence. It will not happen this year or next, but IT CAN HAPPEN. Let's see who get's there first.
 
I think 2016 will be cool, but I think 2017 will be the year at PV because we have some hogs coming in 2017

Exactly. I blame our SU fans for not showing up if we play them schools in Mumford. We should pack the house and be very hostile to them mofos.
