Division I-AA poll for 11/15: Bama St. No. 19; SU No. 20; SC State in at No. 23

If Bama State wants to rest their players during the UAPB game, they might as well also do it for the TU game, since it means nothing to their SWAC chances also.

Cosign, and they should have rested this week also, since they had the east clinced.

If Hampton loses in the first round of the playoffs, they should get punished like all them JSU teams used to get punished after dominating BCF and losing to some PWC.

You're forgetting the Sheridan pollsters' East-Coast Bias.

Regards.

Yeah, Just like SU rested their players for the TSU game this past weekend.

The games against Texas Southern and Grambling counts in the standing for SU. Rest your starters and lose means no SWAC Championship game on 12/11/04.

If SU loses to GSU, I'm sure that SU will throw a BIG fit if ASU decides to rest its starters against UAPB.

Another note, I'm sure that the scheduling debacle will be brought up on national TV during the BC if it looks like SU will lose the game.

For the record, If Southern loses to Grambling next Saturday and APB wins on 12/4/04 and ends up in the Championship game would be a nice change. Since the start of the Championship game either Southern or Grambling has participated and won, I might add.

So if APB represent the West this year, I have nothing but love for you.

I see you SU people are back to crying again.

Fact is TDC is 16 days before the SCG. Can you truthfully say that you have EVER heard of a coach "resting" players 16 days before a game.

It sounds like yall are running sced of Gram. At the least, yall damn sure not sounding confident.

What a stupid comment. Grambling is our biggest matchup of the year and a time to fellowship. No one from S.U. is worried about winning the game. We have a very good veteran coach that will make sure the team does what it needs to. You really need to think before you post and keep your emotions out of it. I know it is very difficult since you all have lost some heart breaking games but you cannot let that cloud your objectivity. Eventually somewhere in life that thought process is going to come back and bite you real hard.

ummm JROCK,
My comment went over your head kid.
:smh:

The reason I said you all appear to be sced of Gram is that yall are concerned about ASU resting players against PB.
If yall were confident that you would beat Gram, it shouldn't matter one iota to yall who ASU puts on the field against PB.

I know it may be hard for you, but please try to be objective.

Dude those silly comments didn't go over no one's head. People are going to post their opinion on a message board. But, no one at S.U. is consumed with Bama State or who they play. Bama State is just another losing program from the east that Southern needs to step on in route to our 20th SWAC title.

Why would SU be concerned about another program resting its players in any game?
It's because they're not confident of winning the BC.

If they're doing all this crying now about who ASU will play against PB, can you imagine the amount of crying they will be doing after the BC?

:smh:

Dude,

It appears that you are struggling between fantasy and reality but I know better.

ummm JROCK,
Maybe you missed this post, which was co-signed by Lewis. Not to mention a thread started by bluedog about what ASU players will play against PB

No way can I see UAPB getting voted No. 1. Right now, who are the top 4 teams in the swac, SU, Ala. State, and Alcorn, AAMU, UAPB has not beaten 3 of them. The only 1 they have beaten is AAMU. If I remember correctly the only team with a winning record Pine Bluff has beaten is AAMU, (it's doesn't matter who's fault, but you can't beat someone you don't play). Poll voters look at stuff like that. IF all the IF DaSperm IF'd at us happened, the the champ would not come from the SWAC.

First of all, I would say that UAPB is the #3 in the conference because neither Alcorn, AAMU nor UAPB has beaten SU or ASU at this point. However UAPB did beat AAMU and AAMU beat Alcorn and UAPB has only 1 SWAC lose. But UAPB still has ASU left to play.

I can live with IF my "IF" came true, the BCF would not come from the SWAC.

Dude,

You must really like to hear yourself talk. If DS is packing his bags it will be to go as a spectator. PB has no dog in the SCG hunt.
