Think this is like the 3rd-4th guy from Valley that's landed on a FBS roster this cycle
Buckley spoke about it on his show. The SWAC will have to accept being a glorified JUCO system until we get serious about NIL. SWAC schools will get the guys with 0 stars that the FBS schools will skip over and develop them into legitimate D1 talent with training and snaps. The FBS schools will then scoop them up
I've also said that SWAC schools will have to come up with some type of contract stating that if they end up going FBS and get some NIL, the school should get a cut (10% is reasonable) for the D1 training, coaching and exposure (SWACTV).

I think he may been referring to the signees to the SWAC but its not just the SWAC. This is an FCS problem and Group of 5 issue too.
