Since you have no idea of the experience Chang has, I'll help you out: Chang has had experience under some of the best NFL and Canadian league coaches in all of football.
Following graduation, Chang was signed by the Arizona Cardinals, the Detroit Lions and Philadelphia Eagles. In Canada, he's had experience under pro coaches when he played with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
Did I mention experience under June Jones as well?
I'll put those experiences up against any SWAC offensive coordinator.

what the hell does this have to do with coaching? Hell our women's basketball coach played under the Pat Summit and won multiple national championships while being an All American.... and hell we won 5 games last year. Chang aint NEVA been nothing more than a grad assistant.

His title was grad assistant cause he was still taking classes, but Chang helped run the offense and call offensive plays under June Jones. You mean to tell me you didn't know this?
The man is very intelligent and very qualified. You'll see in due time though.
Heck, one of his QB's was just drafted so he must have been doing something right. How many QB's has Spady gotten drafted? Zero.

***** stop lying..... a grad assistant is a grad assistant. He aint run no offense and he aint call no plays... prove to me a grad assistant ran the offense and called the plays. NOW you lying..... btw an assistant coach can take classes u know?

Dude, June Jones personally called Chang and asked him to help him run his offense because he knew it so well and ran it very well when he played for Hawaii under June Jones.
Being part of the playcalling is far more of an influence on the offense and QB than being a mere "TIGHT ENDS" coach.

bruch CHANG aint call no plays.... hell SMU's offensive coordinator was Changs qb coach at Hawaii... what makes you think Chang is going to call plays over HIS offensive coordinator? Dan Morrison calls the plays.... now STOP LYING. You hired a grad assistant as OC.... not even saying its a bad thing... but you brought up coaching experience.

I said he assisted with the offense and playcalling cause he worked with the QB and knew the offense like the back of his hand. Come on dude, catch up.

The two worked well together and brought Hawaii to a more prominent position in college football. Well, the ol' head coach is going to try it again. Jones, who has been coaching the Southern Methodist University Mustangs in Dallas, Texas, for the past four seasons, is bringing in his star quarterback as a graduate assistant.

Chang will be working with the SMU offense, which is still basically the same run-and-shoot that the Hawaii Warriors ran when Jones and Chang were at Hawaii. Chang had been getting ready to be the offensive coordinator at Mililani High School when he got the call from Jones.

Chang is an expert at the type of offense we are running. He had no problem installing it in the spring. Now that High School OC they have at AAMU... :lol:

I can't believe they tried to compare their Mickey Mouse staff to ours. ... If ya'll notice, they never went back to that argument after I posted our staff. :snicker:

Just because someone played or coached in the NFL doesn't mean they will be successful in collegiate football.

Just because someone played or coached in the CFL, AFL doesn't mean they will be successful in collegiate football.

Just because is a Pro Bowler doesn't mean they will be a successful collegiate coach.

Also think how many scholarships FBS teams give vs SWAC and the caliber of players.

Dude just give it up. You lied and tried to give a tight ends coach credit for sending a QB to the NFL. Your credibility was shot after that.
Your offensive coordinator was so good that for the last nine years, he's been coaching at a 3A high school and you're bragging on that? NINE years at a high school?! Come on mane!! LOL!

brush if you can give a GRAD ASSISTANT credit for getting a player into the NFL then hell yes I can give an actual positions coach the same credit.

Our OC stated in the article the reason why he back in college... He has kids who he wanted to be around... his daughter graduated this May from high school... now back to your grad assistant who was calling plays even though his Hawaii qb coach is the offensive coordinator? I hope Chang works out for you, but that boy WASNT calling no plays... he aint never called a play in his life.

Well, if this dude hadn't brought this up and if Dahill wouldn't have claimed that a tight ends coach put Kaepernick in the NFL, there'd be no conversational interference.
