Re: Clippers Owner Donald Sterling Tells Girlfriend: Don’t Bring Black People To My G

I just heard something that is bizarre. All this is a conspiracy to help Magic Johnson to become the majority owner of the L.A. Clippers with the help of Donald Sterling's side piece.

If that is the truth, Magic knew he was racist. It would be a slick as move if he could pull that off.

Actually that's far from bizzare in the business world and it's been known that he wanted to buy either an NBA or NFL team for awhile.

Yeah... especially when you are talking about people with money like Magic (who is close to being a billionaire) and especially Sterling (a multi-billionaire). They will do anything to get what they want including paying that chick off (Magic and his investors) to get close to Sterling to get him to slip up

Still think Magic knew he was racist regardless of if the above is true and broke bread with the enemy.

Re: Clippers Owner Donald Sterling Tells Girlfriend: Don’t Bring Black People To My G

The sad part is he is gonna lose money over a ugly chick. She looks hard in the face, but i guess some of dudes who like anything half mixed loves it.

Not really. If he is forced to sell, he would make several hundred million more on that transaction than when he bought the team 30 years ago.

I believe Cee is talking about currently with all of the sponsors he had for the clippers distancing themselves.

To make the conspiracy more believable, I believe Donald Sterling was one of the big property developers that purchased the land near the Marina del Rey area that Magic made popular by hanging out there at a night club and a TGIF next to the night club. The trade off was, they built another TGIF on the corner of La Cienega and La Tijera Boulevards, which is further away from the marina and named it Magic Johnson's TGIF. They also built a Starbuck and other businesses, but Magic and his people weren't too happy that developers decided to relocate him and his entourage of people away from the marina area.

The sponsors have already paid their debts to the Clippers for now, so there is no money loss. If the sponsors distance themselves in the future, then the Clippers will suffer financially.

And you say more dumb things than a billionaire being recorded by a jump-off.

You're on point the lawyer friend that lives in Burbank was keeping me up on that and a few other things.

Sounds like you're in the know but stay tune there's more to come.

I moved to Los Angeles right after I graduated and started working for the City of Los Angeles. I pledged Omega Psi Phi in Southern California (Spring 90 Tau Tau Chapter). I moved from Los Angeles in 1996. I probably would be still living in Los Angeles, but the biggest mistake I made was marrying my college sweetheart and taking her with me. Things got rocky and I moved back to Louisiana to get my divorce. I guess you can say I was kind of hardheaded, because my dad would always say, "son, you don't have to take sand to the beach when there's plenty already there". If all is true, I might have to hookup with some of my old business associates in Los Angeles. One of my buddies who's an architect in Los Angeles tried to get me to move back when Magic was talking about running for Mayor.

Yeah she's been trying to get me to move up there for the last four years.

Lawyering....sp is actually a second job for her she's actually a producer.

She and ole girl Wendy Racquel are tight and one day when they were rolling together she called and put Her on the phone because she knew I was a big fan.

Guess she thought that might have motivated me some (maybe 10 years ago)

K you and Cee are fools.

Too bad my partner Clercy "Peter" Moore who had a law degree from USC, but worked in the recycling industry was killed right after I left Los Angeles. Peter had just won a $10 million contract to setup recycling in the Staple Center. It still makes me wonder by winning that recycling contract is what got Peter killed. I still remember when I first moved to Los Angeles. Through Reggie Short and Associates, a minority owned firm, Peter was a contract employee in my department. Peter, myself, and another brother who graduated from Langston University who also worked for Reggie Short were the only three brothers working in the main office in City Hall East. One evening after work, Peter had arranged for the three of us and our spouses to drive and chaperone a few teenagers to Disneyland. We all met up at Reggie Short's office. I was completely unaware that one of the teens were Lark Voorhies who was a cute and popular teen star on the Saturday Morning Show "Save By the Bell". I believe Lark's mother was dating Reggie Short. For whatever reason, Lark jumped in the car with me and my wife. She stayed real closed to us while we were at Disneyland. I didn't realize how popular she was until people started asking her for an autograph as we stood in the line to ride the different rides. Peter was my inside connection to what was going on in Los Angeles, but my buddy who's an architect and a Kappa was somewhat plugged in too. I somewhat really do miss Los Angeles just because of those reasons. My uncle, who was good friends with Mayor Tom Bradley has long passed away. Also, at one time, my uncle who was originally from New Orleans was the only Black license electrician in Los Angeles.

We are really talking about this possibly being a conspiracy. You can say what you want, but Magic probably knew and decided to make his move at the right time. But you can carry on about how much Magic knew about Donald Sterling's being a racist. :emlaugh:

I believe I would have buy some new Clippers gear and jump on the Clippers bandwagon if Magic become the owner. If that happen, the Lakers could forget about being the most popular team in Los Angeles.

Well I'm sure you know if you're not well connected in l.a. the Jewish mob (my terminology )have been known for getting you out of their way, not to mention the one that come in from Vegas.

It is a well known fact that the mob controls the waste and recycling industry. A $10 million dollar contract might have been too much for them to spare. Lets just sit back and wait and see how this episode plays out. I wonder if Magic does become the owner of the Clippers, would he keep his percentage of ownership with the Dodgers.

I still would like the know the people who Donald Sterling associate with that makes him not want to hang around Blacks.

This news piece is right up there with O.J., Rodney King, and the riots. There's never a dull moment in Los Angeles.
