Re: Clippers Owner Donald Sterling Tells Girlfriend: Don’t Bring Black People To My G

Dude, you don't know if those folks knew or didn't know. I never saw you complain about the man until now. LOL!!

What the hell does this have to do with me?

Just stop it man. You're making yourself look bad.

Re: Clippers Owner Donald Sterling Tells Girlfriend: Don’t Bring Black People To My G

Bringing that up would be too much like dodging the major issue of racism. Many men, especially NBA players, cheat and that's accepted, but racism effects the league a lot more than cheating. Cheating is between him and his wife.

But where's the feminist on this board? It seems like they would want to see this racist old cheating coot taken to the cleaners more than any.

Also, I've always thought that groupies attended NBA games to trap a player, but maybe the owners are the reason why they attend. If that is the case, Hugh Hefner has nothing on the NBA. Too bad this is taking attention away from Cliven Bundy. I think someone should give that racist old coot a microphone and let him speak his mind.

Dude, you done lost your mind, especially as much as I post about folks on here. You just making up stuff now.
You saying Magic, CP3, Doc and the rest of NBA players are all uncle tom's just because they may not have known how racist this man is?
If so where's the evidence?

Magic/CP3/etc HAD to know about dude. His issue with Elgin Baylor was known by anybody with ears. Baron Davis came out against this dude after he left LAC.

If Magic and the rest were still aligning themselves with this man AFTER all that and the housing discrimination cases, then HELL YES, and folks shouldn't let them off the hook for it either.

That's what's wrong with black folks now. Scared to call white folks out for their BULL SNIT and the black folks for sniffing behind em for personal benefit.

Re: Michael Jordan declines to comment on Donald Sterling allegations

I didn't do it. And without trying to throw the person who did do it "under the bus", I agree that the thread should not have been merged considering the thread count of each thread at the time.

Hell Kenn you didn't have to say anything I knew it was you.

Haven't you heard? It's called white privilege and its all a part of their programming to help them undermine black men.

Re: Clippers Owner Donald Sterling Tells Girlfriend: Don’t Bring Black People To My G

I'm more disappointed that Mark Cuban hasn't said anything more so than Jordan's PR-laced statement. That guy is quick to open his mouth about a lot of things. But on this Sterling thing...

At least he said something. How much more you want him to say? Lol

In Dr. France Cress Welsing book entitled "The Isis Papers", they are called Cooperative Cleopatra's. There are more of them these days than ever, which is why I said the girlfriend had more balls than any, if she’s the one that released the tape to TMZ. I'm sure when Donald Sterling gets tired of footing the bill for one, he dumps her and move on to another one. I wonder how many other side pieces that Donald Sterling or any of the NBA owners have had can share similar experiences.

 Hell he straight up told her that on the audio and asked her to try him if she didn't believe it. But as you said earlier if this was a black man the thread would be lace with all types of hatred fill vitriol under the disguise of harmless banter

Watch it Blue, I'm sure we are about to receive a relentless amount of attacks.

I'm sure him and his associates have already informed his other side pieces that they better keep their mouth shut or experience what Nicole Brown Simpson last experienced.

Exactly and that's probably one of the reason ole girl put it out there in public like she did.

Supposedly the wife has a lawsuit against the side piece for extorting 1.8 million from her billionaire husband, which the side piece said was all in gifts. I wonder if there is a law in California that makes it illegally to record someone without their knowledge. All I can say, the side piece has more guts than any woman of color that have experienced such racist behavior from their rich White/Jewish billionaire Sugar Daddy.

I'll ask my lawyer friend from Burbank, either way the court of public opinion and the NBA will use it to fry his ass.

it's generally illegal to record people without their knowledge (unless it's gov't sanctioned wiretaps)...

If there was legal matters and this audio was the key to the matter, it would be deem inadmissable because of how it was obtained.

However, the content of what's on the audio is now in the public domain. The NBA can use it to determine what it'll do next, plus we can form opinions with it. Just because it can't be used in a court of law doesn't mean it couldn't be used to change business arrangements.

Like I said, she got some balls, because people like her and Nicole Brown Simpson don't last long living the good life with other people's money. But at least she had the balls to expose this racist old coot, because I'm sure there are many others like him.

Re: Where Cee Dog at???

The girlfriend is full of self-hate (and an opportunist) She knew that dude was racist, too.

And I'm not blaming anyone. It's just hard to believe that as tight as folks are in NBA circles, and as public as Sterling's shortcomings have been over the years, that these people didn't know he was racist.

I wonder will the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) add Donald Sterling to their list of racist bigots. I guess that would be like the NAACP protesting Clarence Thomas for making Supreme Court decisions that discriminates against Blacks. :emlaugh:

I tend to agree with this. Anyone who halfway follows the NBA knew about Sterling. Magic has been involved in the NBA/in LA for all of his adult life. Trust me he knew. Same with Chris Paul. They still chose to align themselves with him for personal benefit but now that his racist audio is in the public domain, they want to be shocked.

Kendall Gill, who played 15 years in the NBA, said he wasn't shocked over Sterling's views just based on few times he interacted with the him during his career (he never played in or lived in Los Angeles either).

It ain't no way possible Magic didn't know.

Re: Clippers Owner Donald Sterling Tells Girlfriend: Don’t Bring Black People To My G

And Charles Barkley just stated that folks knew the man was racist but not to this level. You guys are flat out guessing and trying to turn this on the players.
You guys are saying the players and coaches had no more self-respect than to work for a man they KNEW didn't want Black people to come to games, didn't want his girlfriend taking pictures with Black folks like Magic, looked at ALL Black people as "the enemy".
You guys are saying they knew all of this and then some? Talk about being naive.
You can clearly tell that the players were more than shocked and hurt when they heard the man's true description of how much hate he has in his heart for Black people.

I've never seen NBA players come together like this over an issue but you guys claimed they already knew, so this movement is no big deal. LOL!

Re: Clippers Owner Donald Sterling Tells Girlfriend: Don’t Bring Black People To My G

Eff the NAACP... they are opportunistic sell outs. Hell the organization was founded and run by white people...

They knew he was racist but not to this level. Okay. How does that sound. Oh yeah we knew he was racist but just not to this level. Basically they are just talking to be talking. So they thought he was racist but since they could be in his company because they were rich or famous, they thought he was cool with them is what they are saying. But if you do racist things all your life then you had to know he was saying isht behind their backs. He just got outed with what he has been saying or thinking for years. Did none of them believe Elgin Baylor or Baron Davis?

Surely they heard this isht. My relatives who are old heads in L.A. knew Sterling was like this. They have never liked dude. They are not shocked. I have one who retired from L.A county in their office that evaluates property for tax purpose. They all knew how bad he was as a real estate cat with his racist ways.

Now that he got caught on tape, everyone who thought he was cool with them are trying to distance themselves from him. I am sure he pretended to like folks like Magic but talked about him behind his back. Ain't nothing new. White folks do that to each other so this no shock on how he feels. Anytime a guy who was born with a Jewish name changes it to Sterling reeks that he even hates himself. He wanted to be WHITE through and through.

Exactly. Magic just thought Sterling liked him is all. Now he knows he don't. LOL. It is like anything, folks knew what he was. But he has not gotten outed with his on words for everyone to see. So all the blacks who had interaction with him, have to distance themselves from him by saying we didn't know he was this racist. LOL.

I also think this is a set up to get the Clippers from Sterling. Has not been any secret that Magic and others in L.A. desire to buy them from Sterling. Now it may just happen.
