Nothing if they started it. But since he didn't. I am just pissed that he couldn't handle his business. Some Marines I know would have had Jordan Jefferson and his crew in the hospital. I do mean by themselves, they would have at least got one of them. LOL. Dude must be Marine Reserves. LOL. Lucky for them he wasn't a Navy Seal.

The East Baton Rouge Parish district attorney said he is pursuing charges against two men involved in a June 5 fight with LSU football players Zach Mettenberger and Sam Montgomery in which a loaded gun was pointed at the players.

District Attorney Hillar Moore III said charges will likely be filed against Marcus Adams, 22, and Robert Davis, 31, within the next two weeks.

Montgomery and Davis got into a fight following an argument in the parking lot of the West Campus Apartments, prompting Davis’ friend, Adams, to pull out a gun, the LSU Police incident report says.

Mettenberger tried to intervene and Adams pointed the gun at him, the report says.

A man witnesses say was kicked by LSU quarterback Jordan Jefferson in an Aug. 19 brawl is being accused of stalking his ex-girlfriend in a Baton Rouge bar hours earlier and hitting her friend.

Elizabeth B. Siadous, 18, says in a petition for protection from abuse that on the night of Aug. 18, her ex-boyfriend, Andrew Lowery, 21, followed her to a bar, cursed and yelled at her, cornered her several times and hit one of her friends.

Baton Rouge - Andrew Lowery, one of the alleged victims in a bar fight with four LSU football players, is accused of stalking his ex-girlfriend hours before the fight occurred, The Advocate is reporting.

Elizabeth Siadous, 18, said in a petition for protection filed late Wednesday that Lowery, 21, followed her into a bar, cursed her, cornered her several times and struck one of her friends. Siadous also alleges in the petition that Lowery showed up at her home and forced his way inside on Aug. 3, The Advocate reported.

Lowery told police he was at Shady's bar on Aug. 19 when the fight with LSU players occurred. Witnesses said in the police report that Lowery was kicked in the face by LSU quarterback Jordan Jefferson.

Four people, including Lowery, were injured in the fight. Police have made no charges or arrests, but BRPD investigators searched Jefferson's apartment and removed 49 pairs of tennis shoes as evidence. They also took a DNA swab sample from Jefferson, who appears to be the focus of the case.

Now everything is about to come out. Poor victim my azz! Dude was getting his Ike Turner on.

ESPN just reported that they took 49 pairs of shoes from Jordan Jefferson's apartment and Les Miles has said he is making some roster changes.

Yeah, their attorney is going to go out of his way to cast an ugly shadow on one of the victims. What will be interesting to see if if the LSU football players involved change their stories. They told police that they weren't involved in the fight, if they were involved wouldn't they be charged with obstruction of justice or something at the very least?

The marine was just trying to break up the fight, and possibly stop Jordan Jefferson from doing serious damage to the guy.

It was a statement released by their lawyer after they met with him and met with the police. That is the reason why the police are searching Jefferson's house, to prove if he was involved.

Okay, the club workers have given their account of the fight and they are saying the lowery guy started everything with the football players. If JJ is cleared of this mess, I hope is family seeks civil damages against the lowery guy, that chick and the BRPD. This was the headline story on WBRZ tonight.

I'm not snickering at all, this could easily be one of us or someone in our family. A young black mans future is at stake here. I've been knowing the Jefferson family for a long time and I watched Jordan basically grow up. He's no bad kid, but his dad thought him how to defend himself.

I'm laughing because this is a cluster fugg.....we all know that this is a cover up. From the beginning they said the Marine jumped in to help the guy being beat up and got kicked in the head. Early on witnesses said it was Jefferson. Now everything has been flipped. A bogus facebook page and racial statements to Jefferson....

The truth will come out especially if they confiscated his shoes for DNA evidence.....and if they find DNA on those shoes of Jefferson....he might as well remove the athlete from Student Athlete.....

Because of the location where the Marine was kicked that could be considered a number of things in the Louisiana Court System. Topping that off we all know that LSU is going to wash their hands with him.....does Perriloux (sp) ring a bell....
