Valley State was never tossed in.... Notice History changed with this new SWAC Mandate game crap! Valley and JSU has always played the 4th Saturday in Sept. since the beginning of teh series. Never have we played them on another date until Last year!!!! Now we play them the 4th Saturday in Oct. Just as we always played Alcorn State the 1st Saturday in November. The only time we played them different was on that Sunday in Jackson when Valley and Alcorn made capacity history at Memorial Stadium. Learn your SWAC history!!!!

A century is 100 years but it technically starts from 0-1, so technically, THIS century started on Jan. 1, 2000.

Regardless, it's shameful that SU would lead us no matter where you start the dates...

I may have to quote you on this when JSU is standing in Bham in the middle of the field holding our second Eddie Robinson trophy in 3 years!

...and Tech is doing great! We have a ranked opponent coming to town on Saturday that we need to knock off to get back into the top 25 and at LEAST to the Peach Bowl (or whatever the hell its called now)...since Miami will probably we playing for the national championship.

Who ever sold them their degrees ripped them off because none of them good at math, so they should have gotten them shcits for free... The seller wouldn't have known the difference.. But TP and em' wouldn't have known neither...

OK, you people who pay for degrees, tell me why a millennium would follow different rules that a century or a decade or a year or even a day. 24 hours equals a day and it could have been 24 hrs since I last did something but I can't call what I did yesterday TODAY even if it falls within 24 hours...'cause today started at midnight. You can't change when this year started, when this decade started or when this century started. So if SU beat us 20 times in 1999, they don't count for THIS decade or THIS century... What century are we in... duh!?

I will bill ya'll for this lecture later. sheesh!

sheesh, the millenium started in 1000 and went to 1999. Ask anybody with a real degree when this millennium started and they won't tell you no 1009....lol

In actuality the new millenium started January 1, 2001, because December 31, 2000 is part of the 20th century and old millenium.
