It's like an illusion, you are used to SU doing great pretty much every year so it is expected.... SU just didn't do anything above the NORM from the past 3 years.... Which is cool with me..
On the other hand, a band you expect to come in and not sound like much comes in and sound up to par.... Honestly they were a good match for SU to battle.
It is just funny how those situations work.
Seriously while folks trippen (MIKE) SU don't have nothing to worry about from ASU, SU dealt with them this year....and GSU sounds a whole lot better than ASU.
Like I said in the other form, GSU is in the top 3 this year.... That's being honest, and everyone knows I can be the biggest GSU hater on here, but the truth to the matter is I respect ANY band that sounds good...AND is UP to SWAC standards on the field, which GSU has been doing for a while, they fixed the other element which is the sound, now they are a top contender again... Some more better arrangements and that's pretty much all GSU needs..
But realize SU and JSU BEEN doing this so it is expected from them.
I guess that's what you get for being the LAKERS of the SWAC the most consistant......
I can easily say SU took it to GSU just as well as someone from GSU say they took it to SU...HE!! they took it to each other, that's as real as it gets...
Some of you all need to kill that GSU murdered SU crap, that is folks that is pure ignorant!!!!!!
Both bands sounded real good, it is just that SU always sound real good.
SU left after they played their 2 songs, that is nothing new SU been doing that...We were doing it when I was in the band, we would be marching out while GSU was finishing their "2" songs, which usually turns into 3 or 4...lol
But once again, other folk don't get it TWISTED, the SAME SU that busted ya'll arse this year was the same SU their friday and saturday night, the fact is some people don't wanaa admit GSU is a better band OVERALL than the rest of these bands, I seen pretty much all bands this year, NONE besides SU and JSU is better, and that's not by much this year...
