damn do you ask this everytime.... we have lost 10 games in Elmore since we been in the SWAC and have an 80-40 record against SWAC opponents since joining the SWAC. Let me ask you a question... what is JSU record against AAMU since joining the SWAC.

If that was successful with those smalltime opponents, then Hughes was extremely successful. His overall record during the same period was better than LC's. You all might want to hire Hughes and Asberry when Cole gets fired.

So he lost 19 games in 13 years in Elmore but 10 games in the last 4....boy, if he keeps that trend up....LOL

Thank goodness for Tuskegee. You all better get Miles in Elmore quick.

Regardless, Hughes was still the more successful coach. How a man can't beat Comegy and Thomas beats me. Then Bucky came to the Gump and Beat you at home. I even remember the year he got waxed by Cooper and Jones continued the trend. Even Valley tapped that arse. I guess I won't hear any more jokes about depending on Valley. LOL
 
All of that and we still beat jsue's best team in 15 years.

Our best team in 15 years did not lose to you. Aside from our 1999 team under Hughes, none of those could be even considered the best. Our best team in 15 years is probably our 1990, 1996, or 1999 teams. All of which gave you a thorough beating.

I take that back... i read wrong... this is his record against SWAC schools not just record while AAMU was in the SWAC... keep in mind AAMU was beating a certain SWAC team while we were in the SIAC....

all these numbers come from the media guide.
