Sorry, I missed this thread.

Anyway, the date is June 6-8.

Meet and Greet will be Friday, June 6. Starts at 7pm. It will be like the previous ones. We'll provide plenty of food and drinks. Present awards and such. There probably will be a pool party, too. NO tee shirts and short allowed for you ladies. No bathing suits, either. Bikinis only.:ebrow:

Saturday, June 7, we will have a bbq/picnic on the Ross Barnett Reservoir. Starts at 12 noon. Again, you'll have plenty of food and drinks. We'll make sure there are cards and bones to be played.

Oh, yeah. The reunion fee will be $35.00 . Deadline for the fee is May 1, 2003. $10.00 late fee applies thereafter.

I'll start a thread shortly for any questions I know y'all gone have.
 



I am in there, what are the close hotels or are yall gonna get a discount rate at one spot for everyone.

Robber, is this place close to the area or way out of the way. Ya'll must have a good hook-up to keep the price that low.

Get Directions: The Drury Inn & Suites is located just off I-55 & County Line Road, it is just minutes to downtown Jackson, North Park Mall and Jackson State University along with a wide variety of restaurants.
 
That isn't a bad choice as far as proximity to the meet and greet and the Saturday festivities.

We are doing everything we can to keep the fees down, so that more people will be more inclined to participate.

And regarding the Drury Inn, Jackson ain't that big, anyway, so proximity really won't be an issue. That's a really nice hotel, too.

I'd participate with the quickness if it was on any other date in June than THAT one. :lol:

Now you know it's been on the first weekend in June ever since we started this 3 years ago....:smh:
 
When this came up last year...
I had HUGE prior engagements both the 1st and 2nd weekend of June this year.
One of those dates has since been rescended...and I had just hoped it would've been the OTHER date that was now free.

Hell...I'm not doing the scheduling...I just have be there! :p

And no...it WASN'T the first weekend in June before this year, if you wanna get technical about it! :lol:

Just because I already know how great that Mafia hospitality is, the dates are already reserved on my calendar.:tup:

As of right now, it doesn't look like I'll be able to make it. My little sister will be graduating from high school 2 weeks prior to the reunion, and I have to be in New Orleans for that. However, I will send $35 dollars.

I wish I could be there, but I'm sure I'll see some of you when I hit Jacskon in October for the SU/JSU game.

Well it looks like the kid will be there for that one!!!

35 bones? Man yall must have some hook ups. I was expecting 50. But I won't complain............

Anyway, if you need my help, truck, etc. You have my number man...

Also if anyone wants to contribute to the D-Nice to the reunion fund, I'll take donations.......
 
You Gram people are real nice. Now if you could start a NICE to Oakland fund, for the GSU/TSU game, I'd really appreciate that.

It looks as if MJ will make his first appearance at this reunion. Jackson is too close to my home, so I may have to take some extra days off of work
