2017 Swac Football Game Attendance - Week 10

Hurricane Harvey hurt the SC State numbers (and postponed the Labor Day classic)
Hurricane/Tropical Storm Nate hurt Homecoming numbers

If JSU not winning them fans not coming lol
Yall keep saying this inaccurate mess, but some how EVERY year, su sells this game out. Folks keep saying this, but Alcorn sells out at the end of the year when JSU comes to town.
Yall keep saying this, but JSU continues to pack Grambling's stadium.
Yall keep saying this, but JSU folks still travel to Valley.
The other schools basically have the same amount of JSU fans attending regardless.

Right. Its gonna sell out in Mumford regards.

Like the TXSU radio announcer said this weekend, SU has the largest following in the SWAC. Truth be told, SU and JSU are the biggest draws in the SWAC and no one else comes close. Most SWAC schools look forward to the crowds that SU and JSU bring on the road..

The only school in the Swac that has a good following on the road to me is southern. Jsu may go to grambling, su and the other Mississippi schools, but that's it.

Not Valley and I'm sure a few other schools (the Bamas probably) will say the same. SU people wanna say "Who wants to come to Itta Bena" and other stuff to shade Valley when I say this but it's true. AAMU is farther away than SU and they usually bring more fans than SU.

JSU is a given. Alcorn is a given. I think the crowds we've brought to PB (plus our band (something else SU doesn't bring)) might mean our home game with them could draw a decent crowd if it's early and a new coach is in place

SU owns the stadium record at AAMU. SU also travels really good to Montgomery. It’s several factors of why SU fans don’t show up to Valley. The band hasn’t gone in a while either so that also hurts the crowd.

Southern doesn't travel well to Houston so stop the lies.

95% of those Southern folks who show up at PV and TSU games all live in the Houston area. They been living in the Houston area ever since they graduated or dropped out of Southern. They came here to get good jobs. Stop all this damn lying.
