One thing that PV does not realize yet is that they still just PV. Roster management will be very important. Nobody has heard of PV and if they did, it's because of the 80 game losing streak. So when those players dont get the PT/wins they want, you will get a locker room nightmare.

So basically you saying in the end, the real PV gonna come out of them? 🤔

That's always been my issue with Bama State... can they ever get the "being Bama" out of their minds to become good. Last year, I really thought they could do it but in the end they realized that they were Bama State and the Bama came out. They just couldn't do it. 😔

Bama State fought JSU, PV and FAMU I believe. The guy who started the fight against JSU transferred to JSU

You cant have a good QB, DB, LB, DE etc... just hiding on your campus for MONTHS. It dont work like that. These coaches have relationships with players and 9 times out of 10, they know where they end up. So if you have a QB that the other coaches dont know about, trust me, he is sorry.

We don't play y'all this season and with stronger teams (su, txsu, alcorn) in the West I doubt y'all make it to Jackson Ms for our annual Swac championship game. Good luck in 2026

They just not used to nothing. So they drinking all the Kool Aid and licking around the top. They dont know anything about roster management, players quitting, selective recruiting, and D1 level coaching. Delta State bought a team to Jackson that went to the D2 playoffs but Comegy drug them all over Memorial. Nobody is scared of a D2 coach. It doesnt translate like they think. Morgan State's coach was having 10+ win seasons at Bowie State.

And Pete Richardson had Winston Salem @ 7-8 wins annually for a few years before he got to SU and had SU breaking a foot all off in the SWAC's assed during the 1990s. Lets not get selective amnesia, dimentia.

Pete's success was largely due to his staff. Im not sure if that staff was with him at WSSU. You can school me if you know. But when Pete came, he came with a DC who knew how to coach zone. Pete could probably coach zone himself. That helped him vs QBs back then like Nord and McNair. The SWAC didn't know zone. That was also Robert Kent's downfall vs NCAT because the MEAC switched to zone well before the SWAC did.

TJack isn't bringing anything new, but a big mouth. BUT he seems to think he is bringing something new because he has been around white folks, as if the blacks are dumb. We have seen this play out before.
