You also have a change in coaching staff were they are not loyal to older kids on the roster and feel they can replace a grad with better talent. alot of poaching going on with NIL as the reward. We're being used as a training ground to develop players who want multiple NIL bags...

Has anyone actually talked to a swac kid who supposedly left for NIL and what are they supposedly getting or it's street talk?

I've seen some come back cause they never played

But it shows our coaches can recruit like them but can't get the same chances to move up
