Surely after learning what occurred in 1994, surely the ncaa by-laws were revisited allowing for post-season play. The SWAC has a post-season championship game and a bowl tie-in, post-season. Surely those by-laws were revisited and also amended since 1994. Surely.

B, point taken, but what everyone is ignoring is that Jackson State signed off on the Celebration Bowl. Getting to the CB is part of Deion's contract. It's an incentive.

If he wants to build up HBCUs, I'm sure his name could build up another HBCU Bowl game instead of running to the Popeye's Bowl to play in front of 2500 people (although Jamaica is not a bad spot in December lol)
