There aren't any college coaches that can duplicate what Deion does social media wise - it's not just limited to HBCU coaches. The closest are probably Saban and Dabo, but they definitely wouldn't be as engaging in their posts.
Also, I like how Deion uses his celebrity to his advantage. There's no way JSU or any other HBCU program would constantly tout their commitments out in public for fear that the larger programs will swoop in and steal them from under our noses. Remember, it doesn't mean shyt until they sign that NLI. It's a double-edged sword because you're not getting the word out as much on building your footbal program, but I think too often than not coaches have been burned in the past, and are not willing to risk it happening again.
Deion is a celebrity coach, and has to use his clout to get JSU seriously considered by top recruits. Meanwhile, other coaches at P5 schools can just rely on their school's clout to be considered.
