I guess that PV coach wishes he were still at PV.
Seems like FAMU officials didn't learn from the debacles of the band department.
Do not confuse these sanctions with the APR sanctions FAMU suffered back in February. Two different cases.Again?

You aint lyingThis is sad news. The CB needs FAMU
No he doesn't. And it was basically the result of A LOT of turnover between the years of 2010-2016. It's just unfortunate that it hit us at this time.
We honestly are pretty solid in the compliance area now and that won't be an issue moving forward.
Damn, that's right. Forgot about that. My bad @GRAM4LIFE, I thought you were talking about the APR issue from February. We got reprimanded by the NCAA back in 2015 as well. For the same time period...2010-2015. Basically in the same area.

In looking back at the other case, it's a bit different. This new issue is more comprehensive and part of a data review. The previous case was based on something being reported to the school/MEAC/NCAA and mainly involved forms students needed to fill out and proper notification about scholarship money reductions.
The current findings are part of a review that started in 2015. That's pretty much right after the announcement of the last set of infractions.
It happened all over including some smaller PWIs. The NCAA did not do a good job of preparing schools for the requirements before coming out and doing these audits.Sounds like the same mess our leaders led us into...

Just from a quick google search:Which PWIs?
Gotta stop running our schools like the boot legger house. Just saying...... Hiring competent folks has got to happen.
