Yes. Been several years though. Been a few times especially when Pete and AJ was coaching. Haven’t been since then.

We can cross that bridge when it comes up......It may be just fine depending on the opponent and the weather....
(Besides JSU....what other SWAC EAST school will bring more than 5000 fans to PV....)
These people know the deal. They just like taking shots at A&M.
You know the SWAC still has a complex about us joining the conference

If we want to have these events on campus, take out the team with the best record as host and have the institutions bid to host every three years.
AAMU has a nice stadium, but it can't handle the numbers for the MCC.exactly...we have endzone hills in our stadium just like Alcorn..look at an aerial view of Louis crews and we have plenty of space....that's why the MCC might go home and home in the future if many alums on both sides get their wish
A home and home MCC would not make sense IMO. 25K max in the stadium... plus only receiving revenue from that 25k every other year as opposed to every year. Then would fans travel to Huntsville or Montgomery when both teams are mediocre? They ALWAYS show up in Birmingham.exactly...we have endzone hills in our stadium just like Alcorn..look at an aerial view of Louis crews and we have plenty of space....that's why the MCC might go home and home in the future if many alums on both sides get their wish

Is Legion Field going to be torn down?a strong contingent of alumni from ASU & AAMU feel it's time especially with a "55k seat stadium with no tailgate area" being built with no consideration of past Classic attendance numbers. There are other issues but this is one of the main concerns and driving force for a possible move. IMO fans will support the move to both cities because its A&M vs State for state bragging rights and revenue will be used for a good cause i.e. stadium expansion, renovations, etc.
