I get tired of people acting like all these outside factors are the cause of a poor football team. Usually its people with personal ties to an unqualified coach or the stooges who hired him (like a real estage agent, attorney, local business owner he does business with, SIDE HOES, etc)
That was the case with Shady. He had a handful of hardcore closet supporters until the bitter end and some even still feel some type of way if A&M people bring him up in a negative way.
Good administrators hire good head coaches. Good head coaches hire good assistants, and good assistants recruit good players. Thats it.
