So Odums should get that same chance to coach at ULL? Lol

Fobbs just right now got more better player than the rest.

Carter went out the game and the team looked like trash.

Odums star impact players are now gone, now he can't hide behind them, he has to coach and now some are starting to see the holes in his armor, I know I do. Same thing will happen with Fobbs if he stays.

Aint no coaching going on breh in this league breh Lol. It hurts but truth hurts at times. This level of coaching is night and day from what's at the next level

Talent wins in this conference and coaching lose in this conference.

Another one that doesn't understands coaching, it's levels to coaching. Just because you get W's doesn't mean you're a good coach, I broke it all down.

If you have all the best players on your team, than yea, you're going to win off the talent, In this conference, whoever has the most impact players on their team wins. Has nothing to do with coaching and I've given several examples on to why it doesn't. Coaching in this league can cost you to lose games, not win games. Your talent wins games in this league


Carter goes out of the game, and SU wins, but our coaching caused us to lose, Example, we kicked the ball short? Why? noone knows. again Coaching, kick the ball in the dayum endzone and make them go 60 yards (which I don't think they would have done) SU wins. Play the right defensive coverage press coverage and be physical with the WR on 3rd and down and 10 and we win the game, again coaching loses the game for us.

It's rough at those PWI schools. You wanna manage the Empire State Building or the local supermarket? One has All the big city perks and Expectations too. The other can give you more sleep at night and You're King forevermore. Lol

I would love for Fobbs to stay, but we understand that this is a business. Grambling is the most attractive HC job in all of HBCU, and top 5 in FCS. If Fobbs goes, we will bring in another beast.

Zachary High has a better staff than our staff and most of the coaching staffs in this league (yea I said it) if you don't like it, get mad at your staff not at me

The product on the field shows, it comes down to what team has more talent than the rest. This year GSU had 2 kids vs everybody 1 superstar and that's how GSU won. Next year the league should all be balanced out and you'll see the league/teams close in standings Lol

Somebody book mark this post Lmaoo. I bet anyone of you posters, that it will be like a 4 to 5 team race for 1st place

Everybody will have 1 good player on each team thus the league being so close and yall will sit here thinking "oh I like how every team is close, it's states that our league is strong".

No it don't, with this trash ass coaching, our league won't ever be strong.


Coaches in this league are trash, including SU.

Dont count us out, we can beat A&T. The are good and can beat convincingly, but we do have more than a good chance to win.

That a great point and one that I have respected about the SU staff. However, it's a damn shame for SU to even be a contender for a SWAC title dealing with all of this. This shows how crap our conference is.

If SU had one that game, ppl would have said that GSU allowed them hang around too long and it bit them in their tails. It didn't happen because SU wasn't good enough to make it happen. A&T is getting ready to face the best the SWAC has to offer, by far. Now we have to see if the SWAC's best is good enough.
