Alcorn wont be good. Last year they only went to Houston because the rest of the EAST was so bad. If Comegy, Barlow, and Jones were at JSU, ASU and AAMU, they would have been 4th place.

Ya'll played the hurt role ALL last year. Guess what, if you have so little depth that a few injuries keep you from winning how you think the LOSS Of a whole class of Hopson recruits to graduation will hurt. Your depth is gone and your coaching is gone. y You are about to be JUST ALCORN again..

Well the fans don't count. Having them not know aint going to help your team if the opposing coaches already know. If you want to get a leg up, you slip a player in that even the other coaches have no clue about. Trying to keep it from the fans who barely know the players their teams have already means nothing. LOL. That's I laugh when folks say SHHHH to someone transferring or being signed to come play.

I think after the second week of fall practice and particularly after the first scrimmage, you will have an idea what your team's record will be.

McNair was living off the remnants of Hopson. Alcorn will be worse this year.
Some Alcorn fans didn't want McNair as head coach in the first place and this year will tell others why they didn't.

To really reply to this is really a waste but anywho....

We replaced an entire offensive line as well as an entire defensive secondary when the season began. A slight drop. Then we had to replace majority of those replacements due to injuries. Another drop. Then the players that had returned got injured. Another drop. So yes we were wounded as hell and we still repped the EAST (whooping JSU arse in the process).

So with all those players coming back from injuries plus the young ones that got experience last year well.......just have that arse ready when Alcorn come to MISSISSIPPI Veterans Memorial Stadium in November.
