When you are in a MAJOR LEAGUE city with MAJOR LEAGUE sports and sharing a MAJOR LEAGUE athletic facility compromises are sometimes made. But you wouldn't know anything about that since jackson is not a MAJOR LEAGUE city and jsu plays in an ABANDONED stadium.

Call it what you will, but TSU is still at the mercy of a soccer team. When they say what time you can play, that's not good.
Now as far as JSU playing in an abandoned stadium, that's an untrue statement to the highest degree and why?
Because JSU has been playing at Memorial going on 60 years.

BS on jsu playing at Memorial for 60 years. When I was at sTu jsu played on campus. I am 63. I came to sTu in 1971.

Dats not untrue, memorial stadium wasn't never meant for j st to begin wit. The stadium was for ole piss, miss st, usm. Plus those 3 schools told y'all win and wat time to play at memorial back den.
 



I see sTu going 7-4 w/ that schedule, if not 8-3 counting a win over kennesaw st.

One of those wins is over PV. We are long overdue for a meltdown. As a fan, I want PV to win the LDC but I do not know what type of team PV has. sTu under coach Haywood/staff has picked up positive momentum, imho.

I said going on 60 years. Fifty to sixty years is much closer to being stable than playing at a facility for two or three years.
You stated that Memorial stadium was abandoned. How can a stadium be abandoned when a team's been playing there close to fifty or so years?

How do you know what type of team sTu has? So you'll have your sTu shirt on the first week and SHSU shirt on the 2nd week.....

Had you said "TSU is more akin to being the Al Bundy of the SWAC", in reality you'd be closer to being on point.
But let's stick to the subject of TSU moving it's game to Friday due to a soccer game.

No they didn't. JSU always played it's game at night at the same time, which is when we wanted to play.
You're just guessing and more than likely you weren't even born when JSU began playing at Memorial.
Show proof that JSU was forced to move ANY of it's games due to another school. Prove it or admit that you don't know what you're talking about.
Since you decided to interfere, I do know that southern played it's home game at JSU's stadium....but that's a whole different story.
Now back to TSU's football game being moved due to soccer.

Please!! U didn't prove my point dat stadium j st play in is abandoned. Ole piss msu and USM gave y'all an hand me down stadium plus y'all had no choice to play but nights. Hell everybody played at memorial back den. The very first game in memorial wasn't even played by none of y'all it was Holmes junior college in which the stadium capacity was 40 sumthin thousand. U and yours just happy y'all play in a big stadium in which it's only used for a weak j st squad.

Don't know about a stu shirt but he'll have on a shsu shirt for sure while sitting on that side of the stadium. (He likes sitting over there).

You my YOUNG friend are an idiot, and I mean that in the most sincere way! Our on campus stadium was torn down to accommodate our new science building at the time in which we began our tenure of playing home games at Memorial. It has worked well since....
