I mean don't get me wrong i know it's the holidays but you can't expect espn to keep supporting a game with a crowd like this. There might not even be 10k here...most likely there aren't.

I said the same thing.I really think they need to downsize the the swac championship and emphasize this game. SCG you get nothing but a trophy and also have to pay for your own expenses and its only on ESPNU. The CBowl you can net around 500k and showcase ur talent on ABC. The swac championship game should maybe be rotated between member schools and make the CB the ultimate goal. This game will not last long with these few fans. The only MEAC school who cud attempt to bring fans is FAMU. smh. This is sad, Im here and its about 8-9k
Explain last year's attendance.

Did the SWAC or AFR do anything differently as far as promoting the game?

With all the HBCU Alums in the Atlanta area you would think that you could get at least 25k in the stands I guess the prices were to high!

Anyone have the numbers on how many pre-game tickets sold to Grambling?

Honestly it wasn't 35,000. It was more like 18,000.I have pictures if u would like to see. I was wondering what method did they use last year. We will see because if they say its more than 15k at most this year then we will know that they r inflating the numbers.

People are still coming in the stadium in different areas. Crack of dawn games like this will do that. Look at the MEAC/SWAC challenge attendance haven't been decent since what 2007 and 2009. Folks have no idea what others have going on or anything to judge look at the rival game attendance of some schools compared to others. People are still coming in. early game

I cannot STAND undisciplined and unsportsmanlike play. What's so hard about handing the ball to the ref or simply leaving it on the ground? The showboating after a play is dumb as hell to me. The NDSUs of the world don't resort to remedial bs like that. They simply line up and knock the shit out of you while making your squad look dumb as hell.

Nah man lol. I'm being dead serious when i say I'd be totally shocked if there was 10k. People did not come out to support this one at all.
