Tough Question........I want the city of Cleveland to win their first championship in a half century.
 
Cavs. Warriors could've wrapped up this series already but they hit lbj in the nuts and called him a female. Welp! Cavs win tonight in a close one....lbj makes history and his legacy will be cemented.
 
Gotta say I hope LeBron pull it off. With all the criticism that he has endured he deserves being able to cement his legacy with a huge comeback win like this.

Well, I got it half right. LOL!!! Now I can finish watching O.J. and how he was whitewashed and painted black again by the same white folks that put him on that USC Trojan horse pedestal.

LeBron is the best player of this generation simply because he's had to rise to the occasion under immense pressure, expectation and scrutiny his entire career. LeBron led his team back from a 3-1 hole against a 73-win team to win the championship on the road in Game 7 with a triple-double. He's best player since Jordan. Period. End of the discussion. It's not even up for debate. It's irrefutable. Case. Closed.

Not even two months ago, LeBron caused a little hullabaloo when he (clumsily) explained that while Curry deserved the MVP, there's a difference between being MVP and being the best player. I'm guessing this won't be an issue going forward.

That being said, LeBron was already the best player of his generation/best player since Jordan by every objective measure before game 1 tipped off. What this series performance did, and given the stakes and level of competition is likely the greatest finals performance in history, is raised his place in history. He absolutely staked a claim to best small forward/top 5 of all time. Given where his career is likely going to end up in terms of stats, accolades, and championships, GOAT is on the table. He maybe (probably) doesn't get all the way there, but he's put himself in a position to be in the conversation.
