Southern adds linebacker coach to staff

Southern (FCS – LA) Former North Carolina A&T linebacker coach Charles Cheek, who spent this past season at Benjamin O. Davis HS (Houston, TX), has accepted the linebackers job at Southern, per source.

Man the state is broke. Not like MS is a rich state to be laughing at anybody. Bryant already starting his second term screwing the good people of MS. Ain't nothing you can do with Memorial but sell it to University Medical Center. Never seen some folks brag about something them other folks dumped on you after they decided to take their ball and go expand their stadiums. Jindal is gone and if you haven't heard, unlike the home state, LA elected a Democrat for Gov.

I rather have Mumford any day knowing it was built strictly for SU. The only SWAC school that can really brag about their modern stadium is Bama State. Once PV gets their's then they can too. Nothing like having your own with no stipulations.
